Gravity Box has an inviting tap room and is the perfect respite for grabbing a beer with friends. They have some decent food options, and even some house made seltzers if beer is not your thing. We love Gravity Box!

This is the coolest bar in Mauston, Wisconsin. If you like IPAs, this is the place for you. They do have homemade soda and it’s a great place for kids. I love the Dill Pickle flatbread pizza! You can walk down to the river from here. It’s also a great place to rent out for small gatherings.

We stopped on our way to Minnesota to have our first experience at the Gravity Box. The bartender was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. We had a few beers that tasted great and the flatbread pizza was delicious. We would recommend this brewery to everyone.

Great beer and food! Our bartender, Jordan, was fantastic and offered us tastes when we couldn't make up our minds. I had a flight, and all four brews were great. I particularly liked the black IPA. The hard seltzer was also good, without the metallic aftertaste they sometimes have. The flatbread was delicious and interesting, and the cheese curds were air-fried instead of deep fried - a nice change! Jordon was friendly and offered not only great suggestions for this but also for local hiking. We'll definitely stop again when we come through this way!

1 star for existing and 1 star for trying. Midwest Staycation is thin on flavor -1*, pours are small (12 oz) while prices are excessive ($7) -1*, charging to use a credit card (2.36%) -1* {it's the cost of doing business}. I had to decrease the tip to recoup my credit card charges. Food good.

Jordan was an amazing beer server! He helped guide me through the tool box picking the order of tasting them perfectly. The beer was delicious! My favorite was Crop Rotation 2025. We will definitely be coming back.
