Husband and I stopped on our way to Minnesota. Both bathrooms were freezing, the water was ice cold, and the Dyson hand dryers were blowing freezing air. Makes me wonder if the employees wash their hands 🤔. Our food took more than 15 minutes and the lady working there just put it on the counter and walked away. Thankfully, we saw it and noticed the number in the bag was ours. We will NEVER stop here again and it honestly makes me hesitate to go to another McDonalds.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, no ketchup. They kept messing up my order. When I got to the window, I said you gave me a double quarter pounder with cheese only. The lady just said sorry about that. Didn’t bother to get the order right

Terrible experience. Bathrooms out of TP and smell like urine. Placed an order on the kiosk. It gave me an order number. We waited a half hour. They never had our order. We had to get back on the road. We never ate and will never eat at McDonald's again. Staff were like zombies you'd best avoid this McDonald's it is a joke.

I got a bacon egg and cheese receipt says it’s a biscuit and I got a bagel I want a refund!
Watched three cars in the drive-through get service from the other lane before I got service. Then we sat in line. For a McDonald’s that is near an interstate and busy. You should staff accordingly or shut down a lane so people know that you’re too busy to service people.
