My family goes here every week after my kids various activities. 3 weeks in a row now our orders have been wrong, food was cold or made incorrectly, rude staff, etc. I am fed up. We will not be returning and I caution others about this location.

We stopped for lunch today . I had a big Mac..n fries.. started to eat my sandwich, and found a long hair in my sandwich. I took it inside and showed the woman.. I said , what about hair nets ?? She said we are only required to wear hats.. I looked at them all.,, and counted one 1⃣ hat .. ridiculous!! I got another burger.. I cooked in the u.s. army , and that crap wouldn't be tolerated..

It's a McDonalds and we went through the drive-through. I can say that the employees were friendly and efficient, we got everything we ordered fresh and hot, and got right back on the highway quickly.

We drove 23 minutes to get there because my grandson got stung by 3 bees and loves the hot cakes. We were there at 7:30am Sunday morning. Said they were out if hotcakes and oj. Very disappointed

We went through the drive through and the lady that was taking our order cut us off and gave us a total before we were done ordering. When we went up to the window and let her know we were not finished, she took the rest of the order. But she was very rude about it.
