I am a truck driver and I have been stopping here for years, always a pleasant experience until today! Called to place a order of wings and a large pizza, the young lady who took my order was very nice, but there was a miss communication where I asked for traditional bone in wings but she mistakenly gave me boneless wings, which is no problem at all, called and spoke to a young man who was more than willing to rectify the error and even told me there’s no need to bring back the boneless wings even after I told him, I don’t eat boneless chicken and that I will give it to my puppy, he said ok, 5 mins later he calls me back and says his manager “DAVE” said it’s mandatory that I bring back the boneless wings to get the wings I actually ordered, even with my receipt at hand! at this point you should’ve taken that up with your employee who already said to keep the wings. Dave you should not be a manager! Maybe take some lessons first. It was all just a simple error and your team already had it resolved! Horrible example! And even worst customerservice dave!

Third time I've ordered and when we get our order, half if not more of the order is missing. When i called. All i heard was yup they are sitting here. No apology... Nothing. For the price we pay.... They should be paying us for our gas to drive there twice. Won't be ordering again for a while

Me and my family went there and the food came out quick enough and the breadsticks were good but my dad found a piece of chicken bone in the pizza and told the coworker about it but they didn't even get the manager to look at it. They did give us a free cookie but we had six people and it was only one. And there was only a couple people which shows that it isn't a real good place to eat.Parking: There was plenty of spots but it there was only like 2 people
Pan pizza is the go to. The Mexican pizza came with sour cream and was ok. It's no Happy Joe's taco pizza, and I won't order it again, but for something different, it was worth a try.
I order food for delivery at 6:05 pm on line. The website said it would be delivered around 6:53 pm. I got a text at 6:25 it was out for delivery. At 7 pm, I called it check out where it was. They said that it just left for delivery. They said the online ordering don't take in account for the stores actual times. Beware when you order on line that times are not accurate.

I would actually give a negative stars if I could. The pizza hut in mauston,wi is a horrible place. The management is very rude when you call them your food is 2hrs late missing food.
