This Subway was perfectly fine for what I needed. I was able to get in and out relatively quickly. The location was a little farther off of I-90 that I wanted but it worked out okay. It is in the middle of two stores. I ordered the italian sub with chips and a drink and was happy with the quality. Plenty of free lot parking.

Poor customer service. Couldn’t focus on us as customers and kept looking around not paying attention to making the actual sub. Also didn’t change gloves between subs, didn’t listen to what I wanted my sub. Charged for extra meat when I only got 1 scoop on my sub. Also found a hair In my sandwich.

Ordered for my staff for a birthday lunch and 3 of my subs I ordered online were wrong and I also ordered the steak nacho which was very disappointing the chips were half burnt and there was like 5 small pieces of meat on one chip and 3 on another and hardly any cheese 😔🙄 please do better Mauston!

Very skimpy on the toppings. If a sandwich calls for 4 pickles, you're lucky to get 3.
They are really scimpy on there offerings. We bought two foot longs. Very high priced. They didn't give us the price of $ 6.99 a foot long. It was more like $ 10.00 a foot long. Never again will I spend that money on 2 sandwiches.

Order was messed up again. This is the second time in the last two weeks I have eaten at this Subway using the app and received the wrong items on the subs. I will no longer be returning to this location and will try Hillsboro or Necedah instead.
Had a coupon for Subway 6 inch bogo free. First thing I asked if it was honored at this Subway and was assured it was. We placed our order and was told it amounted to over $19.??? Tried to explain that it was a buy one get one free. Clerk kept arguing with me that it wouldn't take the coupon. Finally she rang it up different, but total was still over $12.!!!

This Subway is incredibly terrible. I have had multiple incidents with this location. The first time I visited, I asked for tomato on my sub and the girl working behind the counter proceeded to only put one tomato on it. The second time I visited I got pepperoni on my sub and before I put the toppings on, the girl took off my pepperoni and put it back. This led to my sub only having three pepperoni slices on it. Then, I asked for her to put it back, and she charged me for it. When it came time for me to pay, she looked at my receipt very clearly to see if I tipped her. After she realized I didn’t, she proceeded to give me a nasty look. This girl needs to have a conversation with the manager about her manners. This is not appropriate, and has ruined my day. I am expecting an apology for this incident.

Stop in frequently- good food but employee (Cheryl)is not customer friendly- does not greet you- just stares at you. Makes you feel that you are not welcome there. All other employees present and past have been friendly.

We stopped here on a road trip to grab a couple subs. As I was eating, there was this bizarre chemical flavor with our food, my partner tasted it with his sub too. It was the olives....there was something very wrong with them. The flavor was all over the sandwiches, this bitter, old, chemical taste that lingered after a few bites. It made me feel sick and had we not been on the road again, we would have gone back and asked for a refund. Never experienced this with subway before....not sure what happened.
