This Subway was perfectly fine for what I needed. I was able to get in and out relatively quickly. The location was a little farther off of I-90 that I wanted but it worked out okay. It is in the middle of two stores. I ordered the italian sub with chips and a drink and was happy with the quality. Plenty of free lot parking.

Poor customer service. Couldn’t focus on us as customers and kept looking around not paying attention to making the actual sub. Also didn’t change gloves between subs, didn’t listen to what I wanted my sub. Charged for extra meat when I only got 1 scoop on my sub. Also found a hair In my sandwich.
Ordered for my staff for a birthday lunch and 3 of my subs I ordered online were wrong and I also ordered the steak nacho which was very disappointing the chips were half burnt and there was like 5 small pieces of meat on one chip and 3 on another and hardly any cheese 😔🙄 please do better Mauston!

They are really scimpy on there offerings. We bought two foot longs. Very high priced. They didn't give us the price of $ 6.99 a foot long. It was more like $ 10.00 a foot long. Never again will I spend that money on 2 sandwiches.
