Great overall store with a large selection for the area! Clean location inside and out. Refrigerated meats at the counter, sausages/chicken other meats in the frozen areas. Aged meats, cheeses, butter, pickles, condiments and maple syrup. Any jersey or sausages without nitrates would make this a 5 star location!

All prepackaged. My mistake in that I expected a 'butcher counter" type place. Meats expensive, sliced thin. Reminded me of Johnson Sausage in Rio.

This butcher shop offers high quality meats, cheeses, jerky and so much more! We originally started shopping there when they were in their old store before the terrible fire but their new store is absolutely amazing! It is well laid out and is always fully stocked! They offer samples of some of their items as you browse. You can purchase individual cuts or pre-boxed in bundles. You will never be disappointed with any of their cuts!
The staff is extremely helpful. Yesterday I had questions about different steaks for a Steak Cookoff we were doing. Jordan was extremely helpful. He took the time to walk me through my questions and then went n cut 2 steaks for. One Sirloin & 1 Ribeye. The sirloin I did won the contest. Thank You for all that you do for all of your guests

I went in with good intentions. I paid $17.99 per 16 oz rib eye cut. Grilled and my picture says all. All fat and grizzle. We'd love to try again, as there not many butchers in the area.
