Won a double cheeseburger I asked for extra ketchup when I reached in my bag the ketchup was in the bag on the whole hamburger so you couldn't even pick it up pickles where on wrapper, Plus my seat in the truck had ketchup on it Talked mang.and show I'll talk to them how many times I've ask before not as bad but you go to lomira and they are respectful about it. So you have to go to another town😪

I ordered 2 meals one with coke and one with dr pepper, they handed me the drinks and I asked what was what and he said I don't know. If you have the same color drinks that taste different us the marks on the lid.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I just moved to Mayville and this is the worse, rudest service I ever experienced!! I also worked at McDonalds for 10years!! Never once have I had a manager argue with me about replacing my order and refusing a refund! Basically robbed me! I was very calm about it , called first , I requested fresh Fries and got soggy, cold, old fries! He then proceeded to tell me they were made within 20mins so he didn’t have to drop me new ones and argue with me. (Which isn’t even the correct policy, fries are no good after only a few minutes ) I said “ i understood that, but I requested fresh and all I want is them to be replaced” THEN HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO HANG UP ON ME!! Very unprofessional! I then drove back and was refused a refund. This would be night shift management, a tall male with brown hair. He’s always rude every time I go but never this damn rude! I will be making all the reviews, call corporate and the general manager in the morning! This is uncalled for !!! And clearly something needs to be done because this place doesn’t have the best reviews at all!

The shift supervisor for 2nd shift is always on the move. Constantly running food out to the dining room or out to the parking lot. This guy really makes a very good impression on this particular McDonald's. Mayville store location.

When I ask for no pickles I mean no pickles I'm allergic and now I have food I cannot eat because pickles were put on my food

Who forgets the fries in a happy meal! One disappointed grandson. Didn't realize they were missing until I got home and he opened his happy meal. I wasn't coming all the way back for them. Guess I needed to check to see if the order was correct.

Very rude, I didn’t even allow myself the disappointment of going to this location. I called and politely asked if they had oatmeal and the women was ridiculously rude! Not sure if it was because she could tell I was a Black Women or b/c it’s her nature, but I won’t be spending a 1 cent in this location! Blessings, but that’s not how you speak to anyone!
