Kid-friendliness: I brought my 2 kids (2 & 6) and they LOVED the fresh made smoothies along with the fresh bakery items! The puzzles/games on the tables also kept their interest while we waited.

First time here, & definitely not the last time. Staff were kind, welcoming, & thanked us for our business. Food was superb! You'd be surprised how difficult it was to choose from a small menu - Every dish looked amazing & each very different - There's something for everyone. Fresh ingredients (& locally sourced). The Vault is so unique & holds goods of local artists for sale. I couldn't leave without a pair of earrings :) Will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best place to get coffee and get work done! The monthly specials are always amazing, but once they sell out they are gone! 10/10 recommended!

I love this little coffee shop! I stop in about once a week and the atmosphere is always lovely, the coffee is delicious and hot, and service is great. I love The Vault with local items for sale. There’s always something new and interesting to discover and I love the support of other local makers and businesses in the area. It’s a fun local spot I plan to patronize for years to come. ❤️

The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the oat milk latte was good. I would return.

This is a quaint little coffee house right on the square in McKenzie. Parking is a bit of a struggle because you have to park on either side of the street. If you're not a fan of parallel parking, you might be in a bind. Luckily, I didn't have to go that route, I snagged a spot right at the top of the street. The aesthetic and atmosphere were cute. Very small with only a handful of seating choices, but it wasn't crowded. I think this is more of a grab and go type establishment. They had many unique packaged coffees, pastries, and other items for sale, as well as Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey Coffee. Unfortunately, I forgot to purchase a bag on my way out. I stopped in for a quick lunch, and as I am not a major coffee at lunch drinker, I opted for a sweetened ice tea instead. My lunch partner said the iced coffee was delicious. I had a turkey sandwich that was very good and fresh. Will certainly stop back in the next time I am in the area.

Stopped in for a mocha. Staff were friendly and she made a great drink. But the place itself is an old, charming site to see. There is an old vault you can step into and shop a variety of local items. I wish I had more time there to sit and enjoy the cafe.

Decided to stop for lunch before a show at APT. This is our second visit and each trip has been a treat. We started with a delicious cinnamon roll. I also ordered a berry smoothie and a white cheddar & ham sandwich. The sandwich was excellent, great combination of flavors. The smoothie was good, no complaints, but I like my smoothies with a little more sweetness. The staff was super friendly and the food was out quickly. Overall I give the Coffee House two thumbs up and we are looking forward to our third visit.

A lovely oasis in the downtown center of the town of Mazomanie, WI. The 1855 Coffee House is a completely renovated bank bldg from the turn of the century. Pick from lattes, mochas, drips, Capps, etc, and fresh bakery! Take your kids and check out the MASSIVE bank safe door. Antiques and communal seating, too.Parking: Numerous.Wheelchair accessibility: Adequate.

Great ambiance - plenty of seating and some tucked into a quiet room in back. Would be a great place to read or study. Tons of natural light. Loved the locally made goods for sale. Salad was the food highlight for us.
