Hands down worst experience I've ever had in fast food industry. Paid extra for fudge and caramel and it was essentially full of all custard and hardly ANY fudge or caramel in my turtle sundae guy had an bad attitude from the get go and told his co worker not to put anymore fudge or custard in there I got mad as I paid extra and seriously looked like not even a regular amount. I'm super disappointed with the service he got lippy with me and wouldn't even put more in and refunded my money to me. I will NEVER go back. I am disgusted!

I had such a great experience at Culver’s this morning thanks to Alex. He brought my food out and then went the extra mile by double-checking whether I had barbecue sauce for my chicken tenders because he remembered he didn’t see anyone put it in the bag. He went back inside, grabbed the sauce, and brought it back out to me — all on a cold day. Alex is a very kind young gentleman and a wonderful worker. His attentiveness and care really stood out, and I wanted to make sure his hard work didn’t go unnoticed.

My husband and I stopped in on. We'd to order our meal. The music from the kitchen was so loud you could here it in the whole restaraunts. I enjoy Mexican music but not when I'm trying to have dinner with my husband. Is this what McFarland is turning into now?It was very loud.

Smelled weird when I walked in. Asked for chicken gravy on my pot roast dinner and they gave me beef on both my sides, food came back out roast beef was almost cold.

I think their custard tastes better than any other culvers for some reason. It has some frosty texture that other place doesn't. Employees are all friendly and nice.
Everything was good as it usually is it Culver's but the reason for this review is the single out the excellent service by Gavin! We observed customer service Above and Beyond in all his interactions with the customers in the store.

THE number one Culver's in the Midwest. So much cared is given to making this Culver's look better than any other. I don't know if it is the atmosphere of English garden landscapes, but the food and custard always taste better here, and the service is the best. We live in Stoughton but will drive the few miles off we want good Culvers food. They seem to have the crews working well together.
