Food is great but it seems like everytime I come here. I don’t get ranch I ordered and paid for. And no ketchup as both are shown on receipt. First fouple times could be on accident but every time is rediculous.

Do you like Culvers, but want to hate it? Try McFarland's location. Avoid this location. Drive the extra miles. That time will more than be made up in either service time (this location is glacial by Culvers' standards) service quality (if you have an order waiting, you *will* be ignored, since conversations and phones are more important than customers), and just assume that your order won't be correct. Every single time, without fail, this location has found a new and interesting way to screw it up. The worst, and most useless, are the managers. Do you like being treated like imposition for asking for your order to be the same *meat* that you ordered? Do you like being told that they made what you ordered, despite the receipt saying something different? Do you like being ignored while a manager discusses schedules between conversations about the Draft? Well, these are just that managers for you! The last time we were in, we were going to order some sides (you know, their biggest profit item) but after being ignored for 15 minutes, we just left (because, you know, listening to a manager chat with employees while giving us the side eye while we waited for our mobile order was a huge incentive to stick around. They also managed to screw that up, but 20 minutes for a Mixer was already a commitment.)

We will never be using the McFarland Culvers again. When the auto-reply apologizes for our miserable experiences, I just want it to know there is nothing this location can do short of purging its management and cleaning up the staff culture that can make this location anything other than a miserable experience.

The portions are obviously being affected by the tariffs. I order a two plain in a dish and it’s less than the amounts of my wife’s one scope turtle that she ordered. This is not the first time. $13.07 for two ice cream dishes that was less than a pint combined is straight up ridiculous.

As much as I love your brand this McFarland store is giving bad vibes and mediocre services. Please go back to what made us happy

Was the only car waiting, had a curbside order. I followed all instructions, said I was there, then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for nobody to bring out my food. Walked in and saw at least 10 employees chatting and not working on anything. They seemed confused about my order’s existence. This location messes up my order in some way every time I’m here, not up to the culvers standard at all.

Made my order wrong twice. I ordered a 1 scoop hot fudge and hot Carmel and a another 1 scoop with hot carmel. Both were not made with hot fudge or Carmel and when my daughter went in they still didn't get the right. I did not receive a receipt at all. How incompetent can a group of people be to get such a simple order wrong not once but twice.

I don't do fast food unless I am desperate. Well, today I was desperate and really wanted, hot fresh food so chose Culver's. Plus I am a mile down the road so super fresh, fast food. Got there and no one was in front, no one behind (at first), ordered, paid, got my number and around the corner I sit. Took a bit, but hey, that's the price of made to order. Got the food, drove down the street and hurried in to eat. To my dismay my food was cold. Cheese slices not even hardly melted, fries a tad bit warmer. Not good food at all, not close to the standard of other Culver's I have had. Fries had a strange aftertaste, just very disappointing. This was my worst Culver's food that I have had. It's been a minute since I've gone, is it not made to order anymore? Don't think I will go to this one again.

I am disappointed as I type this review because I had to witness the manager use the restroom inside of the stall and return to work without washing his hands claiming he was in a such a rush to get back to work to help the drive through out that urgently needed him. So he decided to wash his hands in the kitchen sink after touching the bathroom door with his bare hands on the way out🤮

This is the worst Culver’s in America. I just went through the drive-through and ordered a chocolate malt with Heath bar. The drink that I received is like chocolate milk. I don't know how they can call this a shake or a malt.

Culver's used to be good. Now they suck.

Worst Culver's visit of my life. 😭
I was running late for work and wanted food quick and I love Culver's, so decided to stop omw. Went through the drive-thru. I told them I'd have a gluten allergy, said all I wanted was a piece of chicken and American cheese on it. (Also got a side of broccoli with cheese sauce and a small fry) i get to the window, pay, get my receipt and they charged me for a gluten-free bun... not big deal, I went in and told them i didn't want the bun, that I didn't ask for it. They put the order together, guy shows me the chicken... all veggies on it. Even the lady at the counter told him all I wanted was a piece of chicken with cheese on it. So they redo it. Shows me again. Chicken and cheese, but they put the cheese on the bottom so it stuck to the paper inside and wouldn't come off. Then the guys looking at me like why aren't you leaving?? I said you charged me for the gluten-free bun that I didn't want. Guy deadpan's at me... then finally gives me my refund. Making it seem like it was MY FAULT. I was nice and respectful the whole time, cause accidents happen. But I'll never stop at this location again. 😭🤬
