Menu board broken for several months. Frequent inaccurate orders. Frequent slow service. Stale tortillas for burritos. Stale buns for burgers.
All this and the prices have been jacked through the roof.
Your location is not a good representative of the brand.

Drove thru for a breakfast burrito and hot chocolate. Menu board still doesn’t work! The hot chocolate was more like scalding watered down milk, no chocolate! Took off lid and it looked like milky gray water. Tried calling but they don’t answer there phone or take messages ?

It’s been over a week maybe even more since they’re ice cream machines or whatever have been down they haven’t had ice cream in a long time, but their sign says will be back shortly with ice cream. It’s getting pathetic that it takes over a week or two for ice cream machines to get fixed and they make millions daily.

No egg or cheese on my sausage Mc Griddle. Tried calling to let them know and no answer. Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. I'm 48 years old so I've been to a few. I don't recommend this particular location unless you only want half of the ingredients that make up your entree.

It's insane that you can't even go to a drive-thru without using your phone. I decided to go inside since I couldn't figure the board on the outside. And then the boards on the inside we're ridiculous. That I turned around and walked right back out the door. I'll never go to that McDonald's ever again.

I live close by, and have went to the Larson Beach store many times in the past. Today, I went for breakfast. I went in to the store to order, because all 3 electronic menus at the drive up are out, and have been out for 9 months or longer. After ordering, and paying, I watched a manager, and a non necktie wearing employee look in my bags, and order ticket, both looking confused. Handed me my bag and I left. Got home to find half the big breakfast to be missing. I cant say I was shocked. I returned it, and set it on the counter with the ticket and walked away. I will lose 9 bucks to learn a lesson. Cold fries, no cheese on a DQP with CHEESE, employees not in uniform, etc. Be warned. This place is on its last leg, just like many stores these days. I dont know how corporate can allow this place to continue.

This has to be one of the slowest McDonald’s i have ever gone to. 20 minutes in the Drive thru for breakfast, wow Staff has absolutely no drive to try harder. It’s not rocket science.
