I ordered through the McDonald’s app and proceeded to go with the delivery option to make my day a bit lighter. Unfortunately through out the process, I was waiting an hr and 30 mins for an order that was partially wrong. I’m usually the type of guy to just settle with what I get but the sandwich we received was for someone else. and allergic to what we had gotten, luckily they haven’t took a bite. But it’s the fact the customer service was like it didn’t exist. No one to pick up the phone, no one to help make a quick fix, and no food for us. I don’t think it’s hard to go down a receipt and check off what’s in a bag but who am I to judge. Do better please, check your bags your packing before you send it out or this will keep happening. Management, i’m talking to you and your team.

I’m on my way to work and I get some breakfast at 6:10 and the food is hot but sooo old the hash brown is curved and rock solid same as pancakes there hot but rock solid and t seems like the sets only one person in the whole restaurant. Do better starch that do the bare minimum it’s not that hard

Always get my order right, even when busy. Relatively quick (way faster than Culver's (not a Culver's hater by any means - just saying)). Very nice staff.

I normally wouldn’t write a review for a McDonald’s because well it’s McDonald’s. But holy cow. I placed a mobile order, when I arrived the code on my app didn’t match anything in the system but they were able to confirm my order over the speaker and said to back to me. When I pull up to the window I’m given the wrong order which I explain, and get told they don’t have that order. So I show the person at the window my mobile receipt so they could gather what I did order, to which he shows me their ticket and says that’s not what I have. Like okay… but this is what it is so just fix it? and they still got it wrong. I wouldn’t care except it was my toddler’s meal that was incorrect (missing sauce and not double fries) and that’s a day ruined for her. I asked multiple times for the sauce at least but everyone was so confused so I just gave up after waiting. Definitely skip to another location if you can.

Every-time I go to this McDonalds they usually forget something from sauces to a burger. This current time after taking my order they had me pull over to the side while they finish my meal. After about 10 minutes of waiting we rolled down our trying to ask a question to one of the employees and they ignored me. After another 10 minutes so 20 minutes total I went inside and they told me they forgot to start our order. I would never suggest going to this McDonald’s unless you want items missing (or a full order) and poor/rude service.
