Worst McDonald's ever always get your orders wrong so before you leave the drive through check if you got everything or if it's correct cause I guarentee the messed up somewhere on your order

Dry and flavorless. Ordered a Big Mac and it had no sauce, same with the filet o fish and it had a sliver of cheese hanging off the side. Nasty and a waste.

They usually can’t get a complete order in your bag at the drive through, I didn’t get everything 2 out of three times now I check my order right at the window. I ordered 2 apple pies at 6:30 pm got home to Cambridge WI and noticed the apple pies were time stamped enjoy by 1:40 pm!!!! Drive a few extra miles to a different McDonald’s you’ll be happy u did!!!!

Typically this McDonalds is pretty good, speed of service, staff friendliness, order accuracy, things like those are TYPICALLY good.Overall I would rate these as such:Accuracy of order: 3-5/10 (usually something wrong)Speed of service: 8/10Cleanliness of restaurant: 7-8/10Food quality: 5-6/10There are too many inconsistencies with order accuracy as well as the items themselves, for example, the McChicken as well as the McCrispy have been vastly different as far as taste/texture/quality of meat. I know there isn’t a way to ensure every single item is up to standard, but from my experience the McCrispy has tended to be more skin than meat. I will typically order two original McCrispy chicken sandwiches, add tomatoes, no butter. On several occasions I’ve gotten no pickles (no big deal) and on a couple I’ve gotten no tomato (no big deal really but I am paying for tomato). Consistency is the biggest issue I would say this McDonalds has.If you don’t set your expectations high, and stay away from the chicken sometimes you can probably enjoy this McDonalds.
The food is always good here. It's in a gas station so you can expect to much for the atmosphere. Service was the only issue getting different sauce then I asked for. Regular honey is regular honey not Dijon honey or honey mustard it's plain honey.

I worked at McDonalds when I was younger. Every now and then I get a massive craving for the items I use to serve. I ordered my FAVORITE thing that is the only thing that makes me still eat at McDonalds. It was a cheeseburger with extra pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard.. I know it’s gross sounding but tastes great. This is what I got. No onion, no mustard…… and no burger. I can understand missing a condiment but missing the meat…
Person on the coms didn't listen and hard to understand, fries had ice on then, and I didn't get the burger I asked for I got random topings.

The employee stapled the wrong receipt to our food so another costumer took our food. It took 10 minutes just for them to ask why we were still there. I told them we didnt get our food. Took another 5 minutes for the manager to come ask us again what happened. Then within our additional 20 minutes of waiting had multiple employees come ask us if we could be helped and did not even start cooking our food. The one quarter pounder that sat in the bag waiting the whole time we watched the same employee keep opening up then lifting the bun with his bare hands and put back to give to us eventually violating all health precautions. Then after 20 minutes the manager comes over again still no food made and demanded that we ask her nicely for a discount at this point. Then Im the end didnt even get our food. I am a pregnant nurse I was ordering food for my children before I went to work my third shift. I now had to waste gas to drive all the way to stoughton to get my children food waste gas and now be late to work. The manager said her name was Alexa and refused to tell us who her manager was.

They really put the burgers right between the buns like they're supposed to do! Plenty of napkins too. Ample parking but many pesky birds begging for tossed fries.
