There pizza crust is frozen. The pizza crust taste like it comes out a box. The pan style isn't the same anymore. No sauce, No cheese. Ordered pepperoni only got cheese.

Ordered a garden salad with my meal. Opened it up. It was just lettuce. 7.99 for lettuce. Owner is cheap. Asking people if they want the breadsticks that come with the meal. Stay away!

Ordered the “new” Chicago Tavern Style” pizza to my work place. Just a simple sausage mushroom onion combination. Being from that city, I was enticed by this variable in the menu. By the time this disgusting , horrid dried up pizza showed up , I was completely appalled that they could even call this Chicago. Tavern style does not just mean CUT IN SQUARES. This wonderful iconic name ( Chicago tavern style) should represent cheesy delectable goodness with tons of plump toppings that becomes so addictive you could rejoice. This was a disgusting pizza that was akin to a day after dumpster find. They refused me a refund or credit and now I am so done with the trust of Pizza Hut ever. Working at a business where we hold huge pizza party delivery ventures, this name is now forbidden from the list . Don’t trust this location EVER. The so called leader is an incredible idiot with no listening skills even when approached with a mild manner . Stay FAR FAR away.

I ordered pizza they told me it was ready. It was supposed to be contactless. Went and sat in the back of another car that seemed to be waiting and paid for an order for 15 minutes. Mind you my pizza is ready. I’m supposed to proceed to the window. Car in front leaves. They see me thru the window and I wait another 15 minutes before I’m asked for my name and ignored. Seems manager had the girl ask me again for my name she gets my pizza from the warmer it’s been sitting there the whole time and I get cold pizza and shriveled up veggies.

Chicken taco pizza horrible. I think they put the lettuce on then put it in the oven. It was soggy and horrible. There were no onions on it and no very few tomatoes. Had this pizza many Times along time ago, definitely has changed the quality .

I order from here just about every week and deliveries are always fast, even in the middle of dinner rush. Product is consistently great. Tonight it was absolutely perfect. As a former GM at a different pizza chain, I gotta give this crew two ????

What is this??? I asked for it well done not burnt and not edible! Told manager “ John” I’m willing to bring it back and still was told no thank I wouldn’t get a refund or a remake … Oregon pizza hut would never, and that’s why we rather drive the extra 15 minutes for the 1000 % better service and food.
Delivered on time. Pizza was dry(in the oven too long) and had no taste at all. It looks like it sat out for two days.
