We ordered 2 three piece chicken, we were met with an attitude by one of the employees, and mind you we also had to wait 10 minutes for the chicken just to not get one of the 3 pieces, we paid for all of the food. I think that’s very ridiculous and unprofessional.

They forgot 2 drinks and only gave us one after we asked. The also didn’t know what was going on when we ordered and kept messing up the order. It also took 15 minutes after we order just to pay. Staff also not really nice. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re hoping for good service. 1 star because basically horrible experience

Ordered two bacon cheeseburger combos. Paid for two bacon cheeseburger combos. Received two grilled cheese combos. When asking at the counter, they were nice but didn’t seem to get that I overpaid for what I got. We didn’t have time to wait so just ate what we didn’t order/pay for.

Hardees used to be the only fast food burger I would eat. After today I can say there is now no fast food burger I will eat. Ordered a #1 with a small cheeseburger, bill was over $16. Burgers were not fresh tasted and looked like they'd been under a warmer for awhile. I know I will get the same auto response everyone gets. Then when you try to use the link. It dosen't work.
