Decided to go in to insure warm food. Waited close to 20 min. for burger and fries that cost over $19. 5:35 on a Sat. night, only one other gentleman in the place and he was reading a newspaper relaxing. Don't think the drive thru was booming either, but I'm sure the manager can check into that. When it finally came out both burgers were nothing but room temp. and curly fries were not edible . We thru them away. No napkins came on our tray, had to hunt them down. Went to the front desk and asked for some. We were told they were over there. Looked over there and of course there were none. Must be a paper shortage in WI. We were offered replacement food, but who wants to wait another 20 min. for cold fast food ??? This was anything but an enjoyable situation. No one apologized our explained why there was a problem. I don't On the way out I was told sarcastically to have a nice evening and come back soon. Right ! There were at least 4 staff there, but none appeared to me to even be of legal drinking age. Wonder who the shift lead was? I have eaten there probably once a month for the past 4 months and they have either charged me incorrectly or given me the wrong order each time. Guess it's hard to get good help these days. I've read other scathing reviews about this place. Looks like they are true. That was the last straw. Arby's here we come. Plan on forwarding this to the manager. Oh, by the way, I am not just not some shmuck off the street who tries to get free food. I have over 20 years experience as a U.S. government, NIFI certified health inspector, who happens to reside in Medford. You never know who might walk into your establishment on any given day.

Save yourself the aggravation. Culver’s and McDonald’s are both close by and will get your order correct. The kids working here are not managed, held to any soft of standard, willing exhibit the slightest interest in getting a single facet of the job correct. Of five people in our group, each suffered a completely incorrect order. The burgers were swimming in Mayo to the point of being difficult to eat.

POOR MANAGEMENT!! A co-worker and I visit the Medford Hardees at least once a week. Mid afternoon we can't find a clean table and the beverage counter is a real mess. Appears to be enough kids running around there to clean things up. Website and the store says they are open to 10pm. Twice in the last 2 wks they were shut down at 910 and 915pm. Third time last nite, no tenders after 830pm!! This place has really gone to the pigs in the last 10 years. POOR MANAGEMENT!!Parking: Looks old and abandoned, does nothing for the business.
