i was ordering my food and they forgot my fries so i went back to get my fries and they refuse to give me my fries

Prices here have gotten out of hand.. McDonald’s used to be where you take your family because you don’t have a lot of money. But now it’s $50 to eat here. Which is still cheep, but used to be able to feed an army for that .. food was the same as always hasn’t gotten bigger or better. Service is good, but the wage increase doesn’t seem to have anyone working quicker .. I ordered from the app and it said my food was ready, but they parked me for 10 min while they made it.. that’s ridiculous.. not sure why the people working the drive can’t get food out the window like they used to.. now it’s everyone pull forward and we will bring it out… atmosphere is less kids place and more corporate looking these days.. hardly ever see the Ronald and Grimace or birdie status any more.. this one still has a play place at least…

They must have been training.A new she could not get our order correct through the drive thru. The French fries were overcooked and had absolutely no salt.On them they were disgusting. The snap wraps were tasteless. Will not be ordering from mcdonald's again.

After placing my order behind four other vehicles, I had to pull ahead to wait for the fries. I waited so long that my crispy chicken was soggy and cold. This is THE SLOWEST McDonald's out of any I've been to. This happens almost every time I visit this one. They always make you wait for whatever, for a ridiculous amount of time.

A whole new level of poor quality. This particular restaurant is never the best at putting sandwiches together. You just put them back together and eat. I however draw the line when half a patty is missing. They didn't notice?

Made an order online, almost 40 minutes later it’s finally ready. Fries are burnt and cold, food is cold. Had to go make all the drinks for the order myself. Dude at the counter went running into the bathroom with a customer telling him “let me show you what I got” pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal. Will never try this place again.
