Terrible service and atmosphere lately. The lady that made my sub last week, was very rude and unprofessional and acted like doing her job was such an inconvenience. As soon as another customer walked in behind me, she groaned and started slamming things around. I will not be coming back to this location. If you enjoy subway but don't want to deal with poor service, I highly recommend going to the subway in Thorp or Colby instead. Trust me when I say, it's worth the extra drive. This is not the first time I've had issues with this specific employee and I'm not the first person to leave a poor review due to this employee. The first time, I wrote it off that she was just having a bad day like we all do sometimes and said nothing about it. But three times now? Maybe fire her and people will start having an enjoyable experience.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. The last couple of times i have been to this restaurant, there is one specific worker that sends like they have a very very poor attitude. Today I told them what i wanted on my sandwich and then it was time for the sauce. I proceeded to tell this specific worker that i wanted 2 lines of mayo and 2 lines of Chipotle sauce (specifically because i know this particular worker is heavy with the sauce). They then proceeded to cover my sandwich with mayo and then again with Chipotle sauce. Now I'm home and attempting to eat my sandwich but because there is so much sauce on it, all of my veggies fell off and are swimming in the sauce on my wrapper. I didn't bother to complain because the last time i did, they made it out to seem like i was lying. I work in food service and believe that if they don't like their job, they should find something else instead of being rude to customers.

The lady at the register put two subs on my order when I only got one. So I paid $16 for one 6 inch sub with two things in it. And she didn’t look like she knew what she was doing I asked for my sub to be heated but she only heated the meat and nothing else. She was also kinda rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to do anything.

No tuna, no meatballs, the bread was extremely hard (good thing none of us asked for our subs toasted), and asked to add bacon to a sandwich and received one strip. No good experience the last few times visited.
