My husband went in to subway today on 09/28/2026 @3:45 pm and he said the people who was making the sandwiches were mad and angry and slamming sandwiches down and slamming bread dough into ovens. Poor customer service,my husband says they should all be fired!!

The past few times within the last couple months, I have stopped in to Subway to pick up subs to bring to my family. The bread has been extremely tough and dry did not seem fresh subways from Other places I have gone, the bread is always fresh and soft. My father even said the Bread was very dry and did not finish a sandwich :( I really hope the issue with the bread gets resolved thank you

Today Apr-15 at 17:30 ish. This African American lady was sooooooo bad to me. The worst attitude from Subway ever. I thought because I’m an Asian and she’s racist. But maybe I’m wrong, maybe she’s just bad at her job.

Service and ambiance have been awful recently. The woman who prepared my sandwich last week was extremely impolite and lacking professionalism, treating her work as if it were a bother. The moment a new customer entered after me, she moaned and began tossing things around. I will not return to this place. If you like Subway but want to avoid bad service, I suggest visiting the Subway in Thorp or Colby for a better experience. Believe me when I tell you that the additional distance is worth it. I have encountered problems with this particular employee before, and I am not the only one to have left a negative review because of them. The initial time, I dismissed it as her simply having a rough day like we all experience occasionally and didn't mention it. But is it to happen for the third time? Possibly terminate her employment and customers will begin to have a pleasant time. If I had the option to give 0 stars, I definitely would choose that. The previous times I visited this restaurant, I noticed a specific worker with a consistently bad attitude. Today, I informed them of my sandwich preferences before moving on to choosing the sauce. I went on to inform this particular employee that I needed 2 lines of mayo and 2 lines of Chipotle sauce (especially because I am aware that this specific employee is generous with the sauce). After that, they topped my sandwich with mayonnaise and then smothered it in Chipotle sauce once more. Currently, I am at home trying to have my sandwich, but due to excessive sauce, all the vegetables have slid off and are now submerged in the sauce on my wrapper. I chose not to speak up because the last time I did, they twisted my words.

Terrible service and atmosphere lately. The lady that made my sub last week, was very rude and unprofessional and acted like doing her job was such an inconvenience. As soon as another customer walked in behind me, she groaned and started slamming things around. I will not be coming back to this location. If you enjoy subway but don't want to deal with poor service, I highly recommend going to the subway in Thorp or Colby instead. Trust me when I say, it's worth the extra drive. This is not the first time I've had issues with this specific employee and I'm not the first person to leave a poor review due to this employee. The first time, I wrote it off that she was just having a bad day like we all do sometimes and said nothing about it. But three times now? Maybe fire her and people will start having an enjoyable experience.
