If you’re looking for the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and be treated like family, look no further than Young's Hideout!!
The food is absolutely outstanding — from mouthwatering entrées to one of the freshest, most well-stocked salad bars you’ll ever find. The salad dressing is my favorite. Every dish is clearly made with care and quality ingredients, and you can tell the owners pour their hearts into every detail.
The drinks are just as impressive — whether you're in the mood for a good cocktail, a cold beer, or a refreshing drink...they have something for everyone.
The atmosphere is upbeat, welcoming, and set in a beautiful location that makes every visit feel like a little getaway. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there, and it shows in the service.
What really sets this place apart are the owners — hardworking, personable, and truly passionate about making sure every customer has an amazing experience.
Young's Hideout isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend!

Haven't been here in awhile and I must say the quality and limited menu went down hill. My husband got a bowl of clam chowder that he thought was a side to his sandwich, and it was not good at all and only took one bite, but found out it cost $4 when we got the bill. I ordered fish tacos that were horrible and did not eat. I was offered the salad bar as my side. The salad bar only had some lettuce, mushrooms, onions, cucumbers, bacon bits, and croutons and some bread sticks and butter. There might have been some carrot sticks and I dont remember seeing any tomatoes. The sneeze guard was not over the salad and dressings but over the wrapped butter, breadsticks, croutons and bacon bits. The server asked how things were and told her the fish tacos were not good. The fish had a bad taste. She talked to the manager/owner and he came and said he would take it off our bill and that maybe it was the chipotle sauce they use. I make homemade chipotle sauce and I dont believe it was that because I couldnt even taste it. I just said thank you. When we got the bill however, the server said we took the fish tacos off your bill but charged you for the salad bar, which I was taken back because the salad bar was a side to the fish tacos. The fish tacos were $11 but I was charged $8 for a saucer size salad. I guess that is more expensive than the fish???? I understand its hard to be in business and many places have limited menus, however you still need quality in the food you serve. Our friday date night out was over $50 with a tip and we came home very disappointed and still hungry. Our server and owner were both very nice, but the quality of food really needs some work.

We love to frequent Young’s hideout for their AMAZING food. We had the pan friend cod tonight & it is the BEST pan fried fish we have ever had. Their salad bar has so many options & that alone almost filled me right up! & don’t get me started on the soups…INCREDIBLE. Our bartenders were very attentive to our needs & responded in a timely manner. The owners are incredible & are truly talented when it comes to the quality of their food. Never will you find a place that the owners will serve your food personally & put a smile on your face. 10/10 recommend if you want a home town feel with a 5 star meal! Never have had a bad experience & will continue to give them our business.

This is the best pan fried walleye around! Prime rib is to die for too. And they have a great variety of sides and soups. Nice salad bar with homemade dressings. Small town business with great service.

My husband and I visit Young's Hideout almost every Friday for dinner. We aren't much drinkers but the food is always tasty. My husband got his usual, cheeseburger, French fries, and a salad bar. The salad bar is always his favorite. I chose to get the fish taco with french fries. I'm super picky when it comes to fish and I do not like a lot of spice. When I say the fish with coleslaw and Chipotle sauce hit the spot, holy delish. They look small but they are so filling. I didn't even get a chance to eat my fries I was so full. If you find yourself in the North Bend area, stop in for the fish at Young's Hideout!!

It was perfect- Brewer game on the big screen - place in the corner for us to all sit together- food was tremendous- shrimp tacos were amazing-fish was delicious broiled or pan fried cod perch or walleye! Lots of cheeseburgers were had too -fantastic! Great service too! Not too loud - great atmosphere
