Eau Claire and Winona Acoustic Cafés are great, good food, friendly service, and a welcoming vibe. Menomonie, though, is a nightmare. Every time I’ve gone, the older woman with glasses and sometimes a bandana has been shockingly rude and unpleasant to customers. Her attitude ruins the whole experience. Until management fixes this, I’ll stick to the other locations.
It’s honestly unbelievable how one employee can drag down an entire business. She’s consistently short, dismissive, and makes you feel like you’re a burden for even being there. Menomonie deserves better customers shouldn’t have to brace themselves for rudeness just to grab a meal.

I have frequented acoustic Cafe for years and decided to take my 5 year old son for the first time. He said that it's better than McDonald's and that's a pretty big deal for a 5 year old 10 out of 10

I was not impressed. It has been a very long time since I have been to this place, but I don't think I'll be back. Amy husband and son ordered 1/3 hoagies, which were half the size they used to be. I ordered a salad whi c h was 8.50 just for a couple handfuls of veggies. I added meat and cheese for 1.50 and it.came with a small scrap of roast beef. I understand costs are rising, but.this is pathetic..They will definitely not be back unless they decide to improve.

Best turkey hoagies ever! I went to college in this town twenty years ago and we still drive down from the twin cities for these sandwiches as a special treat in the summer! When I tell my family we’re going they all want the turkey hoagies too! So we load up on them and every gets super excited!😆 Also great French and Italian sodas too (especially the coconut French soda)! Mmmmm!!! 😋

I don’t think I’ll ever return because of the terrible attitude I got from the brunette woman with glasses. This was my first time going and she was so rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by being there. The young blonde man was super nice!
