Absolutely unacceptable service. The staff showed zero customer service skills and appeared clueless about their own app. No greeting, no courtesy, no “thank you”—nothing. I was treated like an annoyance for simply placing an order. When the food was ready, they shouted my name across the restaurant instead of bringing it out. This place can’t meet even the lowest fast-food standards. McDonald’s and Culver’s put this location to shame. I will not be returning.

Arby's Menomonie is a go-to when I crave fast food (which isn't often). Upon arrival, restaurant was clean on both outside and inside. I ordered the classic roast beef, and the small potato cakes and both came quickly and were presented hot. I was able to keep the bill just under $8 for these two items. Good value for price paid!

Regular normal Arby's atmosphere. You can definitely tell the shrinkflation is hitting cause my French dip was lacking in the meats.

My Family visited Arby's tonight at 6:10 pm, and they were out of Roast Beef they said since the morning, now I have worked at fast food restaurants, and when our store was out of stock, we had to contact the nearest location to get the the items we were out of stock of.
