Nonic is an awesome little brewery in Menomonie. It is a retooled train station with a ton of the old character an look. Their is plenty of seating both inside and out and food trucks are common here. The service was very friendly and happy to talk about the brewery.
They had 9 beers on for my stop including: a scottish ale, doppelbock, milk stout, Belgian wit, British bitter(cask ale), Irish dry stout, IPA, Hazy IPA, and a German pils. I really appreciated this selection, cask ales are a rare find, the beers were good (some really good). I am really waffling between 4 or 5 stars. I will be back again.

I have been going to Brewery Nonic for years. In fact my son worked behind the bar for his last year of college. Ryan the owner is such a kind man, that alone makes it worth the trip. The staff is remarkably stable as they are treated with repeat. Weirdly I’m not a much of a better drinker lately but I still visit due to the food trucks and the people. And if you like beer, they are constantly creating new beers to make most beer connoisseurs happy. The whole place has a welcoming energy and Ryan has brought an old historic train station back to life.
