Since caribou closed the other north side location, this location seems to have gotten too busy. I consistently get espresso drinks with burned espresso, wrong ingredients (like mint in my pumpkin white mocha today) and it takes quite a long time to get service for a drink carrier when picking up an online order inside. I feel like it takes a long while to get service when you go inside to order as well as in the drive thru. These employees are clearly too busy to actually give decent customer service. I don't even complain about my bad drink anymore because I'm beginning to wonder if they're doing it to me on purpose.

I love caribou coffee, however this location cannot remmeber to put cold foam on a drink. They forget everytime, it was a bigger issue when they charged for it, now they don't. But like how hard is it to put foam on a drink

I only every go through the drive thru, and the people working the comms are usually very nice, but whomever assembles the food, particularly the ham and Swiss croissant I ordered for my daughter, it looked like they smashed the sandwich with their fist and threw it at the wall a couple of times before crumbling it up into the wrapper. I was really irritated when I pulled it out, and it was barely in 1 piece and flatter than a piece of cardboard. Smh.
I don't drink all those sugar coffee drinks but the service at the drive through is excellent and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious.

I made an order over the app, but had an error and wasn’t sure if the order processed. Went to buy my stuff just in case it did work. Spoiler, it didn’t. Fortunately, the staff there were extremely kind and helpful. They made sure I didn’t complete the order, ordered my redo right away and made it right. Even made sure I didn’t want whip cream when I substituted for oat milk - I totally forgot and the staff was looking out for my health. Excellent service, excellent food :)
