Waited in line for 15 minutes to get ice cream with our kids. We ordered, 5 minutes later we got our blizzards but they were all MELTED! The lady didn't even flip them like normally is done any other location we go to. I attempted to tip mine and it wouldn't of stayed in the cup if I would have went all the way over. Not very polite workers either.

None of the workers wear gloves or hair nets and I've seen multiple workers itching their noses in the back while making food. The service is also very slow and the food isn't even good. I've ordered chicken tenders and they were cold. Terrible experience.

Waited a half an hour in the drive through just for a Jr cheeseburger and an order of pretzel sticks just to find my cheese dipping sauce dumped in the bottom of the bag. Not very impressed at all.

I was really underwhelmed by my visit. The chicken tenders were amazing but the fries were among the worst I have ever had-they had a weird taste to them and seemed undercooked. The employee who helped us was nice but forgot a few things for our order; to her credit, graciously got them for us when we asked and gave no attitude. The price was fair, but they got to figure out those fries

I like the food here, but I've noticed a little quirk with ordering the blizzards. No matter what you ask for, you are going to get vanilla ice cream in it. I have no problem with vanilla, but it's just kinda weird that when you ask specifically for chocolate ice cream in your blizzard you always get vanilla. Overall still pretty nice tho.

Sitting here waiting with a liberal of cars. The car ahead had to ask if anybody is working. Took 10 minutes to get 2 ice cream cones. This was the worst ever. Never got to order so drove to durand to get better service.

Waited for a half hour in line for a hotdogs while the people inside working were playing on their phones with 5 cars in line behind me. I mean this has been going on for over a tear now I honestly don't know how this place is still in business. The owners need to do something about this cause according to the reviews I'm not the only one it's happened to plenty of other people complained enough of about this something should have been done already

Delicious ice cream However their physical set up is bad. The drive through sucks and it sits in the middle of a kwik trip parking lot so there's always mass chaos when it comes to the drive through. In fact their drive through set up has stopped me from going here about every 3rd time. Service is extremely slow!!! It's a shame.

Waited for 10 minutes in line in the drive through, they finally took our order and we paid and were told to “have a great day” we moved forward waiting for our food and then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes. 2 cars behind us got food and left so we tapped on the window and were told they were “still working on it” we could see our blizzards melting inside. We were finally handed our blizzards and they were melted😡

Never again! Ordered 5 small blizzard at drive through and waited whole 30 min outside just for me to go inside and find out the blizzard machine was broken. Forreals not 1 worker was able to pop their dam head out and say the machine was broken!

There is no words! Absolutely the worst service and food we have ever had! Waited 10 minutes to even order our food. We waited another 10 minutes to get our sodas and sundaes! Went to the second drive thru to wait for our food and waited 14 minutes to get part of our order! When handed our food, I asked if that was everything, she assured me it was. We ordered 4 $7 meal deals and only received 1 order of fries. I backed up in the drive thru, even honked my horn and had to knock on the window for anyone to come assist me. Told her we were missing 3 orders of fries, she said to pull up to the next window so we did. We sat there an additional 7 minutes, til I had to call and ask if we would be receiving our 3 orders of fries. Was told they were busy making food for door dash! What a joke! Before we even left Dairy Queen our sundaes were completely melted, our other food was cold and hoping our fries would be warm by time we got home, they were absolutely cold and gross! To top it off, our burgers were burnt and disgusting! Chicken strips were literally the size of my 12 year olds finger! The thing that ticked me off the worst is seeing an employee sitting on their phone on a bucket drinking a shake! You have great employees! NOT! As a family we will never eat there again!

Dusty and Keir, the shift leads, were absolutely outstanding. I had a very confusing/complicated order for someone when I stopped in and they were SO kind and accommodating. They worked together to make me exactly what I was asked to get. I’ve never seen such great service here before. I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with my service! 11/10!!
