The coffee was lukewarm, our food was not delivered right away, sat under lights quite awhile. The manager was having an employee meeting in the restaurant so loudly that we could hear what she was saying and to whom she was speaking. The atmosphere was awful due to the employee meeting and is not professional at all. I felt sorry for the employees and do not intend to give my money to them. Their CC machine didn't work on a chip card either.

While I'm generally a fan of Dennys, at this location there was approximately 3 other tables being served when we entered. Despite this, 30 minutes after being seated my party of 4 still hadn't received all of our drinks. We ordered our food, but promptly left shortly after since we couldn't bear the horrible service. There was a nice man working there bringing out food, but the waitress who took our orders was awful and kept walking around aimlessly and braindeadly. After this service, we went across the street to Perkins, which I recommend doing if you think about coming to this place.

We went in and we were sat at a table right away in the corner of the restaurant completely away from the staffs eyesight in a completely empty restaurant an the gentleman who sat us down gave us menus, then was completely forgot about for 20 mins before we decided to leave because no one came over to get our drink order even, completely unacceptable service. We left an went to Perkins across the street an in less then 2 mins from being seated they had taken our drink and food order.

From visit 8/1/25 When we came in I ordered my usual drink which the server looked at me confused like she had no idea what I was talking about (I ordered a tea lemonade/Arnold Palmer) when I got it...it tasted rancid. Me and the other person at the table ordered the same thing and we sat and watched the server run around like a chicken with her head chopped off for maybe 3-4 tables...not busy. The kitchen called her for orders up twice...about 2-3 orders were up before she went and got them and by the time we got our food it was cold. We commented on it being cold and she asked if we wanted them to remake it...yes we did. We'd been waiting overall almost an hour. When we got the remade food...some of it was hot...our eggs were either cold or lukewarm at best. When the other person at the table opened her silverware...the fork was disgustingly dirty. Usually we love this Danny's, but this experience was horrible to the point where most likely we won't be back.

Ordered breakfast to go. Staff very polite and the food was ready quickly. I had pancakes, eggs, and bacon if I had to write them pancakes five out of five, eggs, four out of five it was just a small portion and the bacon, two out of five mostly disappointed on that there was a really neat to go bagtwo syrups two butters napkins, but no wet wipes. I think that would be a good addition since you’re dealing with syrup, complaint floors were dirty with crumbs on the bench is to sit on and the Bacon just was heated up lukewarm little fatty.

We ordered food online prior to arrival. When we pulled into the parking lot there was one car. We waited for an extra 20 min. after the order was supposed to be ready To get our food. Dont order online unless you want to wait an extremely long time to get your food. All that was ordered was a cheeseburger and a salad.
Arrived about 1:30am traveling through town. Supposed to be open 24hrs. It was closed.

It’s 73 with humidity out. We walk in to dennys. It’s gotta be 80 with humidity. Very uncomfortable. Service was mediocre. I had a burger. The burger fell apart. I guess if I go back I should call to see if Julian is there.
