horrible delivery - was with in 5 blocks of my house but went way past my house so took 20 minutes more for delivery, it was cold and a total mess in the box, looks like they shook it or tipped it on the side - every thing was in one corner of the box
they ran out of sprite but thought it would be ok to still charge me and not offer to replace it with a different flavor and thought it would just be ok to give me a coupon to make up for it. I had to call and tell them to give my money back for the 2 liter and was given a bit of attitude because it was inconvenient to them. I asked why they didn't call to see if they could offer something else and again was told they gave me a coupon like that was something special. no I wanted...read full review
