This place was the opposite of friendly.. it took about 10-15 to get our 2 drinks, and bagel.. she forgot to put our avocado toast on so my husband went back inside to get it, and it is topped with a measly amount of burnt bacon… plus++ she was rude to him for pulling “too far forward” when after 10-15 minutes he was moving to a parking spot to go in to grab the food and save her a walk… this is easily the worst Dunkin’ we’ve ever been too, and we are Dunkin’ loving truck drivers…

Terrible service, tables were very dirty. We ordered 5 Donuts the guy started literally tossing them in the bag I asked if we could have a box instead (I was hoping to preserve the donut instead of just mashing them in a bag) the guy said no we don't give out boxes unless you buy 6 Donuts. Ridiculous! When we tried the Donuts they were dry, and ones that had filling inside, hardly had any. The Donuts were mashed in the bag frosting got on the side of the bag and spread to other Donuts. Will not be returning.

Went through the drive through and got avocado toast and hash browns. The hash browns were OLD. And they gave me avocado BREAD, did not toast it. Never coming back again.

Food is alway, and I mean always cold and partially frozen in the middle. Don't get coffee on weekends cuz its all highschoolers working with no leadership and they will mess up your drinks multiple times and forget your food. I would give them zero stars if I could. Will not be going back.

I just visited this dunkin, 11/11/25, I ordered the new pink wicked drink and had an amazing experience with the worker there who was working alone, she was so helpful and sweet, when I needed time to look at the new options for holiday and wicked drinks she was patient and told me if I had any questions to ask her!

Whoever the girl who was working this morning (09/28/25 - around 10:15 am) ALONE, running the whole place herself deserves a raise. Despite being clearly overwhelmed she did a great job helping the people coming in and I’m assuming also online orders (drive thru was closed). There was obviously not another person in the bathroom or taking a break being I had been there waiting for 30 minutes.
Whoever runs this Dunkin’ should be ashamed having that store open when they only have one employee present. That sort of expectation on one person is absurd. Be proud of your employee because you could not pay hardly anyone these days a single wage or a wage high enough to work the way she was this morning. Plenty of revenue was lost this morning just in the half hour I was there due to having to wait since there was only one person getting orders out.

I stop around 5:30 am most mornings and I understand nobody wants to be working that early but the customer service that is received is so disappointing. The employees act as if they don’t want to be there and the rudeness just makes me hate stopping for coffee.

Stopped at Dunkin Donuts in Menomonie,WI. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. It was disgusting to put it mildly. It was dry and lukewarm with the center being ice cold! Never again!

My little boy wanted a donut. I wanted to do something special for him. The minute I walked in the girl was very snobby. Acted like she didn't want to be their..we ordered Hashbrowns and sat down well we waited. She didn't even tell me they where done and threw them at the pick up station. When I asked if they where his . She goes ya in a very snotty voice. I can see lots of others have had poor coustmer service. If you hate your job that much don't be their.
