Whoever the girl who was working this morning (09/28/25 - around 10:15 am) ALONE, running the whole place herself deserves a raise. Despite being clearly overwhelmed she did a great job helping the people coming in and I’m assuming also online orders (drive thru was closed). There was obviously not another person in the bathroom or taking a break being I had been there waiting for 30 minutes.
Whoever runs this Dunkin’ should be ashamed having that store open when they only have one employee present. That sort of expectation on one person is absurd. Be proud of your employee because you could not pay hardly anyone these days a single wage or a wage high enough to work the way she was this morning. Plenty of revenue was lost this morning just in the half hour I was there due to having to wait since there was only one person getting orders out.

Very unprofessional. I went threw the drive thru and the employees were rude and rushing me... there was no one else here inside or in drive thru... they made me wait at the corner of the building for 2 pieces of avocado toast... wouldn't surprise me if they spit on it they were that rude

I stop around 5:30 am most mornings and I understand nobody wants to be working that early but the customer service that is received is so disappointing. The employees act as if they don’t want to be there and the rudeness just makes me hate stopping for coffee.

Stopped at Dunkin Donuts in Menomonie,WI. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. It was disgusting to put it mildly. It was dry and lukewarm with the center being ice cold! Never again!

My little boy wanted a donut. I wanted to do something special for him. The minute I walked in the girl was very snobby. Acted like she didn't want to be their..we ordered Hashbrowns and sat down well we waited. She didn't even tell me they where done and threw them at the pick up station. When I asked if they where his . She goes ya in a very snotty voice. I can see lots of others have had poor coustmer service. If you hate your job that much don't be their.

This Dunkin is the worst Dunkin. Every time I go the service is slow and the people who work there are not nice I was there today and a guy was waiting probably 5-10 min and when he tried to get a workers attention they rolled their eyes at him and he walked out pissed. If ur gonna work somewhere be respectful otherwise people won’t come back especially at a coffee place where people actually like to come. There was another time before this I was there and a lady got pissed at the workers because they were taking there time.

I felt very uncomfortable here on my first visit and the atmosphere and service was despicable I ordered 2 coffees at the drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times was asked to pull around and I went in to see if they got the order correct they didn't I asked for more cream on a small cup they said it was unsanitary or they would change for a small cup he gave me 3 small cups of creamer I didn't want those I wanted the same creamer out of the machine that was poured into the coffee I felt like they were being very judgemental and hostile for asking for more creamer I've been to 10 or more dunkin in the last month they were all wonderful to me and I will never ever come here again these kids need to remember customer service with a smile not being rude to people that pay their salary I was not rude or nasty at all I was rather pleasant to them and felt very unwelcome here have a great day 😀

Worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Not warm, cheese wasn’t even melted. The guy at the register clearly didn’t want to be there. There was only 2 other customers there so there’s no excuse to not cook the sandwich. I will never go to this place again. Horrible food and service.
