We pulled up the the speaker and had to wait at least 5 minutes before we were acknowledged, at which point we were asked to wait longer. The lady taking our order was very short and impatient. Once we ordered we pulled up to the window where we waited 20 minutes before she came to the window. Once she did she didn't give us all out change back and threw our sandwiches in our car and walked away. We were so shocked we didn't even get a chance to process what had just happened before she was gone.

We usually really like Erbert and Gerberts. Tonight though we stopped at this location while on our way to the cities for a tournament. The sandwiches were good but the Mac n cheese was ice cold on my husband's Nueron and the side of Mac n cheese I got. It was sad. But we could only see one person working so that might have something to do with it. Everyone has bad days. But it was a little disheartening.

First time in about 20 years I've been to Erbert and Gerbert's...And had a fantastic sub even though it was a little sloppy but that's okay.The employee that made my sub was courteous and very cordial even though it was about 15 minutes before closing. My only criticism is like most places in the midwest they need to be open much later.But if I get through town before 11:00I will be stopping by again ?
Good service and good food, but the toilets were very moldy- it was off putting and not what you hope would be the most memorable part of the meal

The food was good but the service was terrible. The lady taking the order was rude and mumbling, I had no clue what she was saying and then she would get mad when I asked her to repeat herself. I asked for no tomatoes but I got tomatoes on my sandwich. They were also out of many things and it was only 1:00. Other then that it was okay, but you won’t catch me there again. 4.1/10 don’t recommend.

District manager would talk about his personal life and troubles to everyone around. It was very disruptive and disturbing. I learned a disturbing amount of information about him, more than I do about my friends parents. Not a great look for the store.

First and last time going here. Two subs and drinks for $31. Sandwiches were small, sloppy, and totally underwhelming. That’s Panera bread prices which makes a far better sandwich. Save yourself the disappointment and literally eat anywhere else in town.
