It's a really good place to go, especially when your hungry. So much of their food is good, so many tasty treats to try. I hope I'm able to go next time my paycheck comes in, and the service is very nice too, with very sweet people.
Great server and amazing food. They even have boba!
Amazing food! Best of its kind in Menomonie!
Delicious food and friendly staff :D
Of all the pho places in town, Hang's cuisine got the best pho!
Always great food here every time! Great timing on pick ups, making sure your food is on time and fresh. Hangs is my favorite “fast food” place in Menomonie. I say that because it’s literally fast food, yet still has amazing quality unlike normal fast food so just don’t feel like I’m putting garbage in my body
I ordered cream cheese puffs, orange chicken, and pho and it's all phenomenal. absolutely recommend
I go here all the time I love it there . People that give this place a bad review just need to stay home. Pho is great. Staff is friendly. Food is great period
Waited over 30 minutes for Pho. Everything is brought to you in take out containers whether you dine in or not. Food taste was the only redeeming thing about this restaurant, otherwise the lighting is awful and you feel as if you're in an insane asylum.
Best place since Fortune Cookie as far as in town cuisine

Waited and Faded – A Tale of Woe, in Plastic to-Go!
I walked in hungry, full of hope,
But soon discovered I’d need to cope.
"Fifteen minutes," they said with a smile,
But I waited an hour—it felt like a trial!
The waiting room? A filthy sight,
Cramped and sticky—nothing felt right.
The staff? Oh boy, a total disgrace,
They'd rather chat than serve your face.
Finally, food! But wait, what’s this?
Bland and boring, not a dish I’d miss.
And those photos? All lies, be warned,
You get plastic trays—prepare to be scorned!
I asked, "What’s up with the hour-long stall?"
They blamed me, like it was my fault!
"Should’ve called it in, why’d you sit and wait?"
They threatened to keep it—how’s that for great?
So if you’re smart, stay far, far away,
They’re lazy, rude, and ruined my day.
Save your time and cash, don’t take the bait,
This place is a mess—they just serve up hate!

I came in with reasonable expectations, but unfortunately, this restaurant failed to meet even the most basic standards. I was initially told it would be a 15-minute wait, but I ended up waiting over an hour for my food. The waiting area was cramped and unclean, which should have been the first red flag.
As for the customer service—non-existent would be a compliment. The staff felt like they were more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers.
When the food was finally ready, it was mediocre at best. Bland, uninspired, and certainly not worth the price or the wait. I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated that I wasted my time and money here.
When I expressed my frustration with the wait time, they said they were about to deliver the food but threatened to keep it after my hour long commitment. They acted like is was my fault because I should have ordered over the phone instead of in person. Furthermore, every single picture in the review section shows nice glass dishes, however, when you get in there they serve everything in plastic to-go containers.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place. They clearly don't take pride in what they are doing and are extremely lazy and rude.
