The entire experience was top notch. Attentive waitstaff who went out of their way to accommodate our large group, flavorful food cooked to perfection for every one of us and such great ambiance. The appetizers were fabulous! Seeing the fall foliage and the river was an added bonus! We can't thank you enough for helping us pull off this surprise celebration! We'll be back soon & often! (I should clarify that our billing included appetizers, desserts and adult beverages. So don't be alarmed by our tab, meals were very affordable. )
Parking: Ample parking on both sides of the road w/handicap accessible spots.
Kid-friendliness: We had 4 young ones and the staff were quick to respond to our every need, whether for a booster or child's plate. Our seating was well thought out without other diners too close by, so though our children were quiet, the forethought in our location wouldn't disrupt other's enjoyment of their experience.
This was the third time we have made a reservation in the morning for a reservation for the evening and was confirmed only to be there on time. Only for the hostess too inform us we don’t have you down.

This place is AMAZING. The staff as well as the owner Peter are very friendly and make your visit memorable. I attended the German buffet and OMG... the food was to die for. Shout out to Penny for sharing her special dessert she made for Steve, I was SO full but I couldn't stop eating that puff pastry goodness. I'm already looking forward to next year as the schnitzel was so yummy!

I ordered prime rib medium , there wasn't any pink whatsoever, should've ordered rare maybe it would've been better ? It was over cooked , tough and chewy . Expensive for a piece that bad , Johnny was great serving us . But over all not what I hoped for .

Visiting from Texas. I have seen “supper club” for restaurants so I decided to try it out and boy am I glad I did. Went with family. I was able to enjoy a perfectly cooked steak topped with sautéed mushrooms and blue cheese crumbles. The mushroom risotto was delicious. My wife also enjoyed the same cut of steak with a side of loaded mashed potatoes. My sister in-law enjoyed a ribeye steak cooked to perfection. The tomato basil fettuccine pasta was enjoyed by my son. My youngest enjoyed the prime bites. The drinks were perfect as I enjoyed multiple old fashions. The view from the deck would have been gorgeous but the rain put a damper on that for this visit. If I lived in the area I would definitely return.

We ordered French Onion Soup and a side salad to be served before the Garlic Fettuccine. Neither arrived and then the Fettuccine was brought to the table. We passed on the ordered sides as we didn’t want the Fettuccine to get cold. The utensils were a fork and serrated steak knife, not exactly what you need for pasta. When we were finally able to get the attention of a bus boy (The server was distracted and spread very thin amongst a lot of tables), we asked for a couple of tablespoons to be able to properly eat our pasta. The bus boy showed up with teaspoons. Normally, Jake’s is better than this. Tonight we were disappointed. The last two times we’ve eaten there have been underwhelming.
What an adorable little supper club overlooking the water! As soon as we pulled up outside, I knew this was a great place. Beer selection and mixed drinks were decent and we had the shrimp appetizer which was amazing. Everyone I dined with liked their meals. Overall, great ambiance and relaxing dining experience. Highly recommend and we will be back!
