Normally a great place. Today, I waited over 70 minutes for delivery (not a huge deal, Normally 20ish), but the bread is barely cooked, and there was a nice long black hair on my sandwich. Sorry guys, I'm done.

4 out of 5 of our sandwiches were wildly incorrect. Also had cheese and mayo added to a sandwich that was supposed to be dairy free. Sandwich pictured came with 1 slice of turkey on the whole thing. Definitely not worth the $44 spent on JUST sandwiches. Save your money - go to the store and buy the ingredients to make your own at home.

Good sandwich if a bit sloppy. No napkins in bag and the pickle was cut really sloppy like. I get it, this store is ran by tired college kids, I feel it, but it takes a few seconds to slow down and do it right.

Hit or miss on them using yesterday bread that is hard as a crouton that tears up your mouth and sore for 3 days. Either that or using little to no mayo leaving a very dry sandwich. If your charging now premium prices for sandwiches, please push the basics in quality. Also love being shoved the credit card machine in my face and asking to leave a tip at drive through. Then get sub par non edible sandwich.

Disrespectful employees at this one. The employee at the register was extremely annoyed when I didn't know what the side choices were. I was the only customer in the building but they were too unfriendly to tell me my sandwich was ready. Freaky slow and pitiful.
Nice canned response. You want me to click your link so you can tell the owners? Why wouldn’t you let the owners know they have one star feedback? It sort of explains things though. Detached owners. Kids running the business.
