This wasn’t a McDonald’s. This was a health code violation with a drive-thru.
I waited 30 minutes for a single meal. Not because it was busy — oh no — but because the staff moved slower than a YouTube buffering wheel in 2008. When I finally got my order, it was so soggy, I genuinely wondered if it had been rinsed off in a mop bucket before serving.
And the restaurant itself? I’ve seen cleaner dumpsters.
Pickles on the wall like they were part of some avant-garde art piece. A cheeseburger literally smooshed into the floor like someone stepped on it and just walked away. Fries? Not in a container — no, just dumped all over the bathroom floor like someone thought that’s where they go. I almost slipped on a ketchup packet in there. You can’t make this up. And behind the counter? A 15-year-old kid flipping burgers like he was playing a video game. I’m not sure what labor laws are being followed here, but watching him handle raw meat with zero supervision made me question every decision I’ve ever made.
To top it off, the food tasted like bathwater — the kind you’d find in a gas station restroom. Cold, bland, and somehow wet in all the wrong ways.
This McDonald’s needs to be condemned, deep cleaned, exorcised — and then maybe nuked from orbit just to be safe.

This McDonald's was so good for how quick my food came out! The McCrispy chicken sandwich was better than any one I've eaten. I recommend the clean seating indoors if you aren't in a real rush! Awesome location.

Wait time is 15+ minutes for two coffees. Play place has shrunk immensely, and I found out recently is only open between 11a and 2p which is the main nap time for smaller children.

They can’t even get an iced coffee with cream and sugar order right and then don’t offer to remake it when you tell them it’s wrong. Girl just wanted to argue.

Ordered a mobile order was picked up and the chicken nuggets two of them are doughy and mushy. I will be trying to get a full refund for the inconvenience and because there’s a food and safety issue.

Placed a mobile order, got there, and was told they couldn't make it or refund me. Made me pay an additional $10 to get something else, got through the drive through and got my ORIGINAL order but not the other food I paid more for 🤭 Had to go in and get my money back. It was quite the run around, and nobody seemed to know what was going on or how to fix it.

I stopped here today and had the best experience. The employees I encountered were authentically kind and helpful. I was treated like a valued customer, and I appreciate that. I had a problem placing my order using the app and was flustered. I reverted to placing a counter order and was glad I did. The people working made my day! Thank you 😊
