We waited over half an hour for a single meal of a burger, fries, and a drink. The drive-thru and mobile orders were being served, but no one in the inside dining room was being served. Multiple people from different groups went up to the counter to complain and were only met with rude dismissals. Never in my life have I seen such blatant disrespect and disregard for proper protocol and organization.

I was in the drive through, the girl asked if I wanted to use the app, I said no and she never came back. I said hello 3 times. Finally I went to the first window and the young man took my order and helped me out. He was very nice. The food was also very nice. Food was hot and good. But while I was ordering and paying there were 2 women in the office just talking. I dont understand managers not helping with the customer. If you dont have the customer, you won't have a business. Just something to keep in mind. 7-26-25

When you call to state your concerns to the manager she says in a snotty attitude… ok bye!!! Never go to this location.
Ordered a Big Mac. Both patties were together half outside of the bun. Top was 2 pieces of bun together! Very thrown together and buns were like stale feeling. Worse burger I've ever had from any restaurant!! We were traveling and couldn't return it. They must need new management! Who could let that go out there store!!
