Ordered a pizza online, drove 20 minuets to pick up my pizza when it said it was ready. When I pulled up to the window they told me it was not made yet and would be another 45+ minuets.

I ordered twice from this location after they opened. And, TWICE I was sick and had a cold feeling in my body after eating their pizza the next morning. TWO TIMES IS ENOUGH FOR ME, FOR THE SAME REACTION TO THEIR FOOD, is enough for me to not order ever agsin. Maybe its a food prep problem, or its a food safety issue. 2 timesgetting sick with 2 orders... NOT COOL PAPA JOHNS!!!!!

When my family saw that there was a Papa John's coming to town we were excited because we love it! The excitement was quickly gone due to slow service and a pizza that is not the standard we have came to expect from this restaurant. We will not be back again. We have ordered from this new location 3 times and it has been terrible each time. Long wait times for a subpar pizza. Do yourself a favor and got to Ted's or Toppers!

We ordered 3 pizzas cheesesticks breads ticks and garlic knots. Food was ready for pickup 20 minutes later. Great job and welcome to Menomonie!

Good food. We did order a lot but they got the order correct which is a plus. Our delivery guy even called to make sure he was in the right place.

Pizza and garlic knots were great! Ordered online on their grand opening and took 15 min for it to be ready. They were busy and got it out quick. Was hot and delicious!
