We came here for Friday night fish and it was sort of mehhh. Not the worst, but far from the best. Just kinda blah flavoring and a decently large price point for what you get. I ordered the 2 piece lightly breaded option, with garlic parm fries and I left hungry unfortunately. The portion just didn’t match the price tag. Even the pumpkin White Russian speciality drink, it was half full, not even as much ice as you’d get to be convinced it was a fuller cup, if that makes sense. Literally the quantity of a shot. For $8….. however, our server was a doll and incredibly prompt.

I've been here several times for lunch or dinner. The burgers were good, but the Reuben was spectacular. The garlic-parm wings were a dry-rub, not a sauce, so were the only time the food wasn't what we had in mind. Great spot for food or a drink right in the heart of the downtown shops and within walking distance of UW-Stout or the lake.

great atmosphere and service and fast will be back!

Tasty original food with some fun twists if you're sick of the same old bar food. Fun staff that greets us everytime we walk in. Awesome brunch on the weekends. A new favorite spot for us to eat!

I love the atmosphere of this place and the food is ALWAYS amazing. Staff are very friendly and we could seat ourselves with no wait. Definitely come and check them out if you come to Menomonie it's my favorite restaurant.

The best French onion soup

I've been eating here since the first day they started serving food downstairs (mid-seventies). Always loved it ...still great today!

We love the creamy chicken wild rice soup here! Good portions for the main courses and everybody enjoyed what they ordered (Thai Chicken Sandwich, House Salad, Chicken Quesadilla, and Hot Dogs. The waitress was very friendly and food came out quickly. Wasn't packed for Saturday at lunchtime. Would definitely come again

nice downtown bar & grill. Good beer selection, some from the local breweries.
Cheese curds are very lightly beer battered served with ranch. Bone in or boneless wings are offered. We did the bone-in buffalo wings; they were large & delicious! As we're the curds.
We each ordered the Fish Fry. I had mine lightly breaded & my husband did the beer battered. Both were good. This is served with fries or chips & slaw.
