We were rushing to make it before closing and we made it with 5 mins to spare. Not only were the people inside totally professional, there wasn't a hint of sarcasm when they asked what we wanted. The drinks were perfect, not like the Starbucks in MKE. Good people

I always see this brown hair lady with the low bun at the drive thru and she is always so friendly and has a smile on her face. It really turns my day around after getting off my night shift. People need to be more friendly like her instead of being in a rush and throwing drinks out the window.

Been to this location two days now between 8pm and 9pm because I don’t get done working until 8pm and the store has been closed even though it is supposed to be open until 9pm

Let me start off saying that I love Starbucks! However, not the one in Menomonie. The only reason I give it one star is because the people are generally fairly friendly. Now the down sides. The amount of times I would normally go is very often however, I would say 6 out of 10 times the drinks are made WRONG! My final experience here was yesterday when I went in to get a London fog. When I order this drink I know how long it takes and am fine with the wait. However the first time I got the drink there was no tea flavor AT ALL! It tasted like watered down sugar milk. So I went in and had it remade. This is not where it ends, when they remade it, the barista made it with the wrong tea!!! There is a flavor difference!! At this point I no longer had time to wait for it to be remade. (I was there for almost 30mins) When people pay what they do at Starbucks, make it right!!

I’ve never had this issue at a Starbucks before but both bathrooms at this location were filthy. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. :(
