Subway in Menomonie

“This subway is awesome. The young lady there preparing me and my fiancé food. Well, she took her time and making sure that our order was correct. Her personality is very friendly and sweet. She did her best to make sure we have a great experience here at Subway in Wisconsin. I am posting this review for her manager or supervisor that’s above her to see that this young lady is awesome whether she’s just starting or she’s been working here for a long time now she deserve a boost in her pay and potentially to become a manager soon you guys did great with hiring her. She provided us with awesome customer service.“

“When I walked in to this subway tonight (11/22/25 @ 5:10pm) I was immediately extremely impressed, Alex washed his hands right away and CORRECTLY (yes, there is a correct way to wash your hands, especially in food service). He was very polite and respectful and put perfect portions (not too light, not too much) on my sandwich, and double checked with me to make sure everything looked good. The other young man that cashed me out at the register was also very polite, didn't catch his name though. 10/10 customer service experience. Sandwich was great as well!“

“Bethany was the best person I’ve ever come across at a Subway. She was working alone and kept calm. Making me feel like I was the only one there. Even though there were many people there. She was so pleasant so kind. She definitely deserves recognition. You won’t find many like her. If you’re smart you’ll keep her no matter what the cost.“
