This subway is awesome. The young lady there preparing me and my fiancé food. Well, she took her time and making sure that our order was correct. Her personality is very friendly and sweet. She did her best to make sure we have a great experience here at Subway in Wisconsin. I am posting this review for her manager or supervisor that’s above her to see that this young lady is awesome whether she’s just starting or she’s been working here for a long time now she deserve a boost in her pay and potentially to become a manager soon you guys did great with hiring her. She provided us with awesome customer service.

Disappointed with My Recent Visit I usually enjoy Subway, but this visit was a real letdown. They didn’t had veggie patty but that wasn’t a big of a deal but she was having hard time to add veggies to the sandwich, The sandwich was thrown together carelessly. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed, even though there wasn’t a line. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. I asked her to mark the veggie and chicken sandwich with a star ⭐️ or something but she reacted like i was asking too much from her. Definitely not the Subway experience I’m used to.

I had a great experience at Subway tonight. The Asian lady working there was incredibly kind and welcoming — didn’t judge me at all, even though I clearly hadn’t had the chance to shower.
She treated me with respect, didn’t overcharge, and didn’t refuse my business like some other places have. She even told me to have a lovely night on my way out.
It’s the small acts of kindness that make a big difference — and tonight, Subway really came through. Thank you, God Bless!

Worst foodstop ever‼️ Walked in to order a sandwich and the tattooed white girl behind the counter hits me with, “Are you picking up?” No hello, no respect — just an assumption because I’m brown? Racist undertone? Check. Disrespectful as hell? Double check. Don’t care if it’s “just a sandwich shop this isn’t 1950, and I’m not about to let some lowenergy bigot act like I don’t deserve the same respect as anyone else walking in there.
Fix your hiring. Fix your training.

Worst Subway in the country when Barb is working. Literally put 3 small slivers of onion on the sandwich when I asked for extra she put 2 more tiny slivers and argued that "I'm only supposed to put enough so that there is a piece per bite. We don't have extra because we don't charge extras on veggies." Are you serious right now? Sandwich is literally: Wheat, rotisserie chicken, NO cheese, spinach , tomato, extra onion, one line of sauce. Truck Driver here. Been to Subway all over the nation. It's how I keep from getting fat. Never have I had such a problem getting onions on a damn sandwich! Get your employee sorted!
Dietary restrictions: Type 2 diabetic. Must watch what I eat.
