My husband and I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years because of prior bad experiences but I was craving a chocolate frosty so we decided to give it another chance. Went through drive through, fast service, food was hot and fresh, fries and spicy chicken sandwich were great. Baconator was just ok. Frosty was of course delicious. Prices weren’t bad and drinks are HUGE.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a hamburger. What the actual hell? Especially when it has toppings I'll have an allergic reaction to. Like seriously.

Actually less than a one, never ordered inside, the 3 employees inside said someone would be coming to take our order, but 15 minutes later, nobody, so we left!!!! Guess those 3 employees didn't know how to take an order!!!

I've only had one bad experience here and they made it right by giving me a coupon when I contacted customer service so all is good!
