Waited 76 minutes for cold food! The prices are great when they have deals like tonight but come on! Wings are soggy, pizzone looks like it sat since 7pm when I ordered it and the free cinnabon didn't even try.

Great pizza! Great service. The young waitress looks like she was having a bad day but didn't take it out on the customer. We didn't see cheesy bites pizza on the menu but asked if they made it and they said they did. The place is so empty. I think people mainly do carry out or delivery. Great for party's. They are expensive but delicious

I ordered for delivery because I was at work. First my wait was 35 to 45 minutes. Then the tracker hadn't moved in 20 minutes. I looked at my order details and it said 75 to 85 minutes. I then called and was told that they are very busy. When I finally got my pizza and wings, they were cold and the pizza was burnt. I called and they did give me a credit.

I love our local Menomonie Pizza Hut. We order home delivery from them often. They warn us if delivery time is more than 30 minutes so we can pick it up instead. We rent an apartment within a couple miles and the electricity goes out a bunch..Pizza Hut has made our dinner many nights. As of March 2015..the stuffed crust $9.99 pizza deal is awesome. Our entire family loves the Alfredo pasta with chicken. We try not to order the giant chocolate cookie because IT IS SO GOOD. It is warm and a real constraint killer.

Just terrible! -We order pizza online to be delivered to our work at 7:00p.m. They didnt give the driver directions and he showed up over 40minutes late (break was over) What a joke!!! -Me and my wife had poor customer service and were given free pizza from a computer when all we wanted was an apology from a real person!! So if you want free pizza call/e-mail their customer service cause all you will get is a computer n free pizza!!
