The service at Arby's is excellent. The drive-thru is tops. Always helpful, and the employees are always polite.
Very disappointed was serve old food sandwich was cold fries were old bread was hard wasn't able to go back due to me going on my 30 minute lunch break
Horsey Sauce on a roast beef sandwich. A great inexpensive meal.
The crispy fish sandwich was flat and crispy with no filling. Hard and dry.

I literally went daily for potato cakes and they are gone again. I'll be back when the cakes are back.
I'm Vegan. I get my dad's dinner there at least 1x a week. Everyone is always very nice. He loves it. Please accommodate to Vegan people.

Rude managers, moldy ice. Dirty in the lobby floors are stained black. Stained yellow ceilings. See long haired males working with no hair net and hair all over the shirts
Horrible service! So bad I didn't even order there is a.... woman on the drive thru box with a bad attitude. I pulled up and immediately asked for a moment to order. There was no one in line behind me. She proceeds to say I don't have time for this then asks me again if I am ready with enough attitude for me to decide I did not want my food prepared at this location! I pull out if the line just to see the whole kitchen staff standing there with Ms. BAD ATTITUDE. Ma'am if you dont have time to take sandwhich orders with no customers around maybe you need a new job. Horrible customer service! Do not eat here.

In case anyone needed another reason not to eat at Arby's, today's special is raw chicken. If they focused half the energy training employees that they spend copying and pasting apologies to every Google review, they might start heading in the right direction. Looking forward to seeing what opens at this location once this place finally closes though.
Employee running food out was openly on a personal call while clocked in. Crazy what they get away with. No wonder why most the reviews are about wrong food being handed out.
This was a first for the many years I've been going to this location. I walked in and was not acknowledged whatsoever.as I was standing in front of the counter, ready to order, there were 3 passes of the register behind the counter with nothing more than a glance in the corner of their eye at me if even that. It wasn't until I peaked my head over the counter and asked if they're serving at all that I got a glance and a response of "Just a minute." I have my opinion of why I was ignored but I'll leave that to the imagination. I've had a similar experience at a now closed Arby's location on Silver Spring Dr near hwy 45. The employees actually got in a heated argument because I walked next door and brought back in some Wendy's so I could eat with my coworker. My coworker was served promptly and they completely ignored me and wouldn't take my order. I don't think I'll be going to this Arby's again which is sad because I've gone here for years and have never been disrespected like this.
