Ordered 2 meat3boxes : 1 with au jus 1 without. Was told out of au jus fine whatever, but no offer of a substitute, asked if they could give some horsey sauce but was met with a meh.

Then told to park up front. Waited 20 minutes before heading inside.

To be told they were too busy. ( must of forgot I was in front of the building) saw 3 drive thru order go through .

Still made no attempt to come either door give an update or offer anything for the extended wait time. I’m not one to write a review but this place sucked imo.

I just went through the drive through after a long day of work and traveling and no complaints. The food was fresh and still hot when I made it back to the hotel room, my only comment would be the drive through attendant certainly did not look like they were having a great night but we all have those days so all I can say is I hope it got better! Would visit again if I had the Arby's craving.

Update 1/6/2026
I went back to change my normal rotation. Service as far as ordering was good person was nice that part was all fine. What was not fine was whoever put the au jus sauce in the bag put it on the side and it completely leaked out on my way back to the hotel... If I wasn't lucky to have had a plastic Kwik Trip bag laying on the seat the front seat would have been soaked.. The French Dip was still good, au jus and chicken was ok I guess, half the fries were soggy. I guess note to self make sure to check that in the future before driving off.

waited in drive thru for 30 minutes for an online order that said was ready. horrible. i was the only car. not going to this location again.

Value chicken wrap tasted okay but incredibly tiny. The fries were not great, tasted like really old fryer oil. The roast beef and beef and cheddar were both luke warm. The problem was we were in the drive through and it took forever. So much for fast food. Once we paid it took another 10 minutes to get our food.

Very slow thru the drive thru even at an off peak time.. didn't give marinara sauce with Mozzarella sticks.. Arby's melt had the smallest amount of cheese on it.. very disappointed again with this location..

went through drive thru it was 10:53 pm . at first they didnt want to take my order then when i reminded them it wasnt 11pm yet he said ok then tells me there out of roast beef really ! a roast beef place and no roast beef . no wonder so many arbys are closing for good . not sure i will go back again!

Came around 10 o’clock at night mind u that they close at 11 so u think it will be fresh. Well No it wasn’t it was cold. But after I pay they made me go to the front by the door and after a few minutes an employee came out with it. When I got home and open the bag I noticed that they forgot my 5 pc steak nuggets and I called the restaurant and apparently the manger said oh sorry about that we forgot to put it in there. Like it your job to make sure everyone got everything they paid for. And all he said was we can take down ur information and u can come back in the future to get them. And I then ask well that wasn’t for me and what can you guys do because you guys forgot to add it in the bag and the person who they was for was upset because that was his food. He then said the same thing. And then I ask well can u guys do anything else for it because that not my fault and I shouldn’t have to come in the future just for those nuggets and the manger the was Swearing at me on the phone and telling me to get off the phone before he hung up. This location has really went downhill in the past few years. I highly recommend eating someone else in Mequon or going to a different Arby’s location that actually care about their customers and make sure u get everything you paid for and it being hot

Walked in with coworkers two other people were in like being ignored.
Employee came to take orders and the manager told her to ignore us and finish working the drive thru before even taking our orders. Manager should be fired.

This was the best experience by far that I've ever had a fast spot. I went in Tuesday , August 26th around 4:45.
The food was fresh and the young man working the drive through was so nice and professional.

Arby’s is classic and perfect each and every time. Their best sandwich besides the classic roast beef is the chicken Cordon Bleu. Trust me when I say you will love this sandwich. At this particular location, the staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the building and property looks great.

45 minutes to wait for a roast beef sandwich at the restaurant that serves roast beef sandwiches is absolutely insane. I can't imagine what would have caused this much of a delay.

6pm went in for the advertised cheese and beef was told there was only one left but we could split it ..asked if they sold alot of them..was told not many..this is not the first time this has happened.. usually its chicken sandwich..will not return
