This was a first for the many years I've been going to this location. I walked in and was not acknowledged whatsoever.as I was standing in front of the counter, ready to order, there were 3 passes of the register behind the counter with nothing more than a glance in the corner of their eye at me if even that. It wasn't until I peaked my head over the counter and asked if they're serving at all that I got a glance and a response of "Just a minute." I have my opinion of why I was ignored but I'll leave that to the imagination. I've had a similar experience at a now closed Arby's location on Silver Spring Dr near hwy 45. The employees actually got in a heated argument because I walked next door and brought back in some Wendy's so I could eat with my coworker. My coworker was served promptly and they completely ignored me and wouldn't take my order. I don't think I'll be going to this Arby's again which is sad because I've gone here for years and have never been disrespected like this.

My husband and I were so happy to have this alternative option for fast food. We both have really liked Arby’s in the past. I have been here three times and have had a bad experience every time. First two times I ordered the French dip and got home to find no jus. At all. Today the double beef and cheddar was terrible and no way a double. Another disappointing trip so I guess that’s it for us.

I ordered a beef and cheddar with extra cheese. There isn't ever a normal amount of cheese. If the works would actually work and stop talking maybe they can do there job right!

Place was not clean at all. Food was a C-. Workers acted like they didn't want to be there.
1) Something at Arby's corporate changed....the beef has no flavor to it anymore...not stores fault since they have to follow corporate rules 2) Went inside to order and eat, they were not busy....the floor was so sticky that I had to wash the bottom of my tennis shoe when I got home...staff and manager standing around that could be mopping the floor...sorry but if the floor is that dirty, I wonder what the food processing counters look like....I could not consciously come back...this is the second time I ran inside and the floor was that dirty.

Awesome time at Arby's on Port Washington Rd. Had the opportunity to meet Rachel and Tone two amazing employees. Food was fresh and made to order, fries were hot and crispy, sandwiches were tasty and delicious. I had the brisket sandwich....yummy! Ohh, did I mention the shake machine work's and the orange cream shake with whip cream ontop is extremely delicious.... just because Arby's looks like they are closed.... they're not....just poor outside lighting....stop by for some excellent service and hot and tasty food!!
Donald is the best server in this fast food restaurant besides tony the best food and workers
