Located in the Mequon Public Market. I had salmon tacos and my wife had al pastor tacos. Both were very tasty. The black beans and rice were an excellent accompaniment. The salsa rojo is super flavorful and the Verde packs a lot of heat. Service was good and the price was reasonable considering the location. Highly recommend.

For carry-out Mexican, this place is really expensive. It's ok, but not worth the price. And they don't have the sense to lay the food flat in the bag. So if you order a full dinner with sides, you end up with a pile of mush

First time visit to Cafe Corazon, because to be honest there isn't usually a seat open! Yes, it's that good! Fresh, no heavy feeling after eating that I generally get after eating Mexican food. Reasonably priced for the quality, both our entrees had so much steak! And the drinks (Margarita & Red Sangria) were fabulous!

Look no further if you are in mood for some Mexican food. This cafe is located inside the Mequon public market. We decided to try the birria tacos and it was a bit disappointing. It's not your authentic birria tacos you get from taco trucks. I was expecting it to be pan seared and maybe come with consume dipping broth but it didn't. Birria tacos were okay, without the salsa it was be pretty plain. The other tacos that were $2 each actually tasted better in my opinion. The rice and bean did provide some texture and were a great side. Overall it was a good lunch but nothing that surpassed my expectation.

I had been craving good Mexican food for a while. I work in Walkers Point where I’m basically surrounded by good Mexican food daily. However Cafe Corazon!!! Mmmm yummy! My first experience was at the original location in River west. I love the flavor the service. Everything! So pleased with my experience today!! ?

Thank god its TACO TUESDAY! Great specials! I love either eating right at the bar or getting a box of tacos to go. Every time we have been here, during and throughout the pandemic, everything has acted and been really great. I would suggest sampling the house margarita for sure and their house salsas, but be warned, the lime green one is lot hotter than most are expecting. I might just have to go here tonight!
