Normally we have good luck at the Chancery. Not the case yesterday. I went with my six year old, clearly a “kid” but the seating host didn’t give us a kids menu. I had to go ask for one. I ordered the California wrap with no onions or avocado because I have some food sensitivities. It came with no onions or tomato. I didn’t realize this until I was about halfway through eating it. Restaurant in complete disarray. Long wait times (off or peak hours).. not real worried about Covid but the restaurant is divided in two sections and they put everyone in one side of the room(why?), takes a long time for food to arrive to table, and while I understand inflation- the prices are through the roof for what you get. I’ve tried to give it a few chances but can’t keep coming back until things improve.
We all understand inflation. But this is preposterous!!! 16.60 for a fkn sandwich???!? Are you kidding me??!? Never going back again. Lost a customer for life!
