Probably the poorest ran #Einsteinbrosbagels in Wisconsin. No one ever greets you. Back always turned. Shouldn’t have to ask for the bagel to be toasted and quit just sticking both sides together like a sandwich, it just pulls off to one side. Use a box! Shut it down already and let someone else move in. Place has been a failure for years.

Walked in and poured my own coffee. Asked for two bagels to go. Do not toast do not cut. Paid with my credit card and got attitude for no tip. Lady at the register would not make eye contact after she knew I did it. Stood there looked sideways. I waited for a few seconds and realized what she was doing. So I had to verbally ask for my receipt. She did nothing but ring me up! And I'm the one that gets attitude 🥺

That’ll be $6.30. For one bagel? Isn’t that bagel $3.19? Yeah but the cream cheese is $2 and we charge $1 for butter.

Worst Einstein I've been too

Ordered a cold brew and toasted bagel with scmear.
Cold brew tastes like chemicals, and bagel wasn't even toasted, and very, very small.

We travel everywhere. We are here for the long weekend for a Recent Rd., America staying in a hotel off the road. We always try to find Einstein bagels. This restaurant was exceptionally clean and was extremely pleasant. Delicious coffee as always.

Staff very attentive. Positive energy. Went around 8am so they had a wide variety of bagels available. The country biscuit with gravy was my favorite item that I got from there!

This place has been a STAPLE for my family and I for years. Not only is our breakfast always served hot, fresh, and in a timely manner (nearly every day for my mom, Sharon!🤭), but it is prepared by the friendliest of staff. The GM CJ is always there to greet you with a smile on his face. He genuinely cares to get to know each of his customers and we have so much appreciation for him and the rest of his team. They are simply the best- could not recommend this place enough for breakfast and lunch.

Been going there for almost as long has it has been open. I am always pleased with the food, service and personnel.
