Workers and other customers were not kind. Food was delicious, but not a good experience obtaining the food.

The staff is great, the service is top notch and the food is great. But the seating area is closed. It's winter in Wis and sitting outside isn't an option. They say it's to improve service, but all it has done is drive many regulars like myself to the nearby Panera which has indoor seating.

Its 2023! Why does the dining room still not put together and tables and stacked up in a corner? Why are there tables in front of the register so I have to lean way over to pay? Why is it so extremely slow even though there is no one in there!?

Excellent choice of baked goods, great service and location.

Often light on the bagel inventory. The items I have had are bland or cold. I also do not appreciate that the credit card reader has been blocked off here in a way that forces you to tip. The 3 star rating is mainly due to this. Tips are for good service. I don't feel like tipping is necessary based on the service here.

Can't sit inside, what's the point.

Bagels are good, but for crying out loud, open your dining room, get rid of the table at the register, let’s move on. It’s like walking back into 2020 again when I go in here. Covid is over, your employees aren’t wearing masks anyway.

My coworkers and I LOVE Einstein bagels, our unit typically spends $80-100 on the weekends I work and it became somewhat of a tradition. A couple of weeks ago we ordered and all of our drinks were sour, and one coworker even had to go home. To say the least it left a sour taste in our mouths…don’t know if we will order again which is sad because we truly love them!

Great Bagels Great service fast and easy to get and very nice people to deal with while just picking stuff up.

COVID is over. Open your dining room or close up shop. There were more than enough employees working to bus/clean tables this morning. No one wants to order a warm bagel only to have to take it home and eat it cold.If this were truly a safety concern the employees would be wearing masks and there would be plexiglass separating the employees from the patrons. This is pure laziness.

There is an employee at this location that is extremely rude to customers. She actually told a lady requesting a senior citizens discount that she is being greedy for asking for that and that is how businesses go out of business. Well, the business is offering senior citizens a chance to have this discount... I do not believe any employee is in the right to say that a customer is greedy for taking advantage of that offer. She clearly made this woman feel uncomfortable and that is inexcusable. The woman was perfectly nice to the employee, but if that were me, I would've ensured this employee never spoke that way to someone again... part of me wishes I could've/would've intervened. Service like that is unacceptable and offensive not only to the person being talked to with no respect, but to everyone in the restaurant. I do not think I will be patronizing this location again. Do better!

Why was this cinnamon sugar bagel with some strawberry cream cheese $4.52? Usually sub-par experiences with food and service.
