I went into the drive thru and ordered a decent amount of food for one person, I thought it would take a few minutes, but I immediately got my food and a smile from the workers. The food was great, I have no complaints and would recommend this Culvers to anyone.

These folks were wonderful in every aspect. We were entering with my friends elderly father. They saw us coming and moved quickly to hold open both doors for us to help with getting him inside safely. I was so touched by their acts of compassion. THANK YOU so very much. Of course as always, the food was fantastic!

Just pulled up to drive through in pouring rain.Nobody would take my order.Hears some crackling,but I think they didn't want to take my order.Seems like others have had bad experiences,I definitely will never come back

Pulled up to take the order and could barely hear the intercom. Once we pulled up to the window, I got the eyes rolled at me when I tried to redeem the ten tokens. Finally our order was incorrect. Everything else was fine.

Absolutely heartbroken by what I experienced at Culver’s.
I never thought a place I once enjoyed would humiliate me like this. The staff is completely INCOMPETENT, RUDE, and worst of all — BLATANTLY RACIST. They refused to accept a coupon I’ve used before (I have proof!), and instead of explaining, they mocked me for not speaking perfect English. Yes, they laughed — as if my accent, my effort to communicate, was a joke to them.

They consistently lock the doors well before closing time, as if they’re looking for excuses not to serve people like me. Is it because of how I look? How I speak? That’s exactly how it felt — like I didn’t belong, like I wasn’t worthy of basic respect.

I left that place with tears in my eyes and a knot in my chest. But I won’t stay silent. I’m filing a formal complaint for discrimination, and I hope no one else has to feel what I felt Today

Every time I’m here there is two or three employees actually working and a bunch of others standing around on their phones. Because of this service tends to be slow and food is hastily thrown together

Order medium oreo concrete mixer through the drive through. Didn't get a receipt and my mixer was completely hollow. Only half the cup was filled. Didn't see it till I was back on the highway. Very disappointed. Good icecream as usual, just got half the icecream I was supposed to. Not cool Culver's, especially on this blazing hot day... and no receipt so can't add my order number

My wife and I Went to have dinner yesterday, Sunday June 8th @ 6:45 pm. We each ordered fish dinners. After 15 minutes of waiting I noticed our food was up on the warming area but no one was paying attention. I got up and addressed the issue with staff who were completely inattentive to customer service. Did not have a clue. They gave us the order and did not give the slaw which was part of what we payed $24 or $25 dollars for. After realizing there was neither a fork or knife to eat the fish fillet I asked for a fork & knife. Here’s the best part, the employee who was clueless responded by saying, “the manager is in the bathroom”.
Whoever is the operator of this establishment should pay attention to hiring and training instead of golfing or boating. Stay away and don’t waste your money. Any other locations will be better quality and service than the Mequon location.

Was here around 5p today on a Sunday. When we arrived there were only 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant as we had arrived before the dinner rush. Almost all of the tables in the restaurant were dirty. About 8 people behind the counter waiting for customers. 1 girl on her phone. Once our server brought out our food he cleaned a table at our request. There is no reason almost all of the tables on the restaurant should be dirty. Management needs to dial in on this with employees as customers deserve to have a clean table and sanitary environment in which to dine.
