I really tried giving this Dunkin a chance, but it’s honestly terrible. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gotten a “coffee” that’s literally just hot milk: no espresso, no flavor, nothing. How does that even happen? On top of that, most of the staff act like they don’t want to be there and are rude if you ask them to fix an order. It’s wild how consistently bad this place is. Definitely not worth the stop.

Placed a 3-item mobile order. Picked it up. Had to return because 1 item was missing. Cashier waited on a customer and failed to ask other employee to come the counter. Meanwhile my other food was in car getting cold because I had to wait for the food. I did not receive an apology for the mishap and was not thanked for waiting.

I have given up on this place. I was excited when I heard Dunkin was coming to Mequon until I remembered this IS NOT Dunkin’ Donuts. This place has no interest in selling any donuts. It is all about the coffee and the sandwiches. You’d be lucky if you come in and they one or two day old donuts in their 4x5 display case. By the way, the photo in google is completely staged. Of all the times I had been there, that case is always empty. The rest of the store is one huge beverages bar. Long gone are the days Dunkin Donuts had a huge rack full of all kinds of donuts. Thank God there is a Metro Market across the street. They do have a wonderful large donut case filled with all kinds of donuts and pastries. If I want a coffee I just go to Starbucks just down the road.
