I don’t usually add reviews but wanted to share how impressed I was with what I observed during my lunch today. My family decided to dine in and have lunch. The subs are amazing! But, what drew my attention was the patience the staff displayed in interacting with some of their customers. I’m not sure if this was the norm, but in the 45 minutes we were there, it seemed 90% of the customers were senior citizens, with few who had difficulty ordering and hearing. The staff had to repeat their questions several times, but they were so respectful. It was during noon on Wednesday, March 6-just in case you wanted to check your schedule as to who was working. I didn’t catch their names, but was so impressed, felt compelled to write a review (which I rarely do).

I came to this Jersey Mike’s on Sunday February 11. The staff is very friendly. Steph & Kenyia made my Philly cheesesteak, Steph made his “special” & it was delicious! I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Really not a great place to get a sub. When we first walked in, we received no greeting. The prompt to order was “what can I get for y’all?” ordertakers tone was negative the entire time. the sandwich maker made it clear that he was not enjoying his job. He told me the total, and when I mentioned I had a coupon, he turned and walked away.Not to mention, the sandwich was crushed and squished, see photo. Do better. I know you can.

I miss this kind of customer service! This was my first time ever having Jersey Mike's ,and they were all so helpful. The manager even offered to come around and open the door for me when my hands were full. I only remember the name "Dee," but EVERYONE in there tonight was super kind and helpful!

Walked in and waited 30 seconds to get service. No line. 3 workers standing in front of me. 1 on her cell phone and 2 making orders. The girl on the phone walked right by with no “May I help you”. Have better places to spend my money. Noon today. Bad service.
