I made an order for 3 sandwiches, set the time for delivery, and it has taken over 2 hours to arrive. the excuse I get from JJ is that "they use third party drivers and didn't know how far away they were". what the heck is that all about? horrible customer service.

There was a blonde haired lady working there today basically yelling at customers because an order of 8 sandwiches walked in because the JJ ordering website was down along with the app ordering. She was taking it out on customers. Completely rude and very unprofessional. Don’t order here.

I'm not sure who is working tonight (11.29.25) but they are so absolutely kind and helpful. This is the second time I've had an issue with Uber Eats either not working or not giving me all my items, and both times I've interacted with the same person at JJ. They have been kind, considerate, and did what they could to make sure I either got my proper order or got my money back. Whoever the young man is who works night shift... thank you for being awesome!

Ordered delivery and never received it. Tried to call the store and get a message that they can’t be reached. I called corporate customer service and they have been instructed by corporate to reach out to me numerous times and refuse to do so. I’m about to dispute with my bank at this point. They are extremely unprofessional. I’ve ordered from other locations with bad or mixed reviews and never experienced this nonsense before.

Order taker fella was nice. About 6 workers there and they all looked pissed. Very measly 3 slices of turkey on my sub. Disappointing and the veggies tasted old.
2 subs maybe used 6 slices of meat total and 1 bag of chips 20 bucks .This restaurant chain is not what it use to be . Should have went to Crap donalds would have a drink in that price .

Food was edible, when I asked to pay to use my Jimmy John’s gift card, one person was unsure how to punch it in. Then I believe the manager stepped in to type it into a machine in the back. He punched it in one time and then proceeded to tell me “I don’t have time to worry about this right now” I feel rudely brushed off, and do not plan on returning again.

I placed an order to be completed ASAP, my daughter went to pick it up and they hadn’t even started, then they continued to service other people without even paying attention to this online order. 40 minutes after placing the order they finally finished. Don’t place an online order, it will be ignored.
