The kid working the front desk didn't answer any of my questions about the sandwich options. My sandwich was made incorrectly too. He was on his phone the whole time.

The lady working with all the tattoos was not very nice to the people she was working with. Yelling at them and talking to them rudely. I used to work at this location many years ago and know things get busy and stressful but her customer service and respect for her other employees is horrible. I would not go back because of her. The men working were very nice.

Getting delivery from this location is a waste of your time. It would be great to just get the food you order….let alone Freaky Fast. Order from Cousin’s Subs instead!!!

This locations motto is "Subs so slow you will grow whiskers waiting for them". Stopped in for a quick sub, music was at club volume levels, two guys are working, took 10 minutes to get waited on, 10 minutes to get a sub, no apology but heavy on the attitude. Today was a good reminder of why I stopped coming here.

Second time ordering here, second time with a messed up order. 1st time was in store so maybe they just didn't hear me completely. Asked for a number 17 and got a number 7. Two wildly different subs. 2nd time I used the app. Figured no confusion, it's typed out right on the screen. Asked for a number 7 and have added bacon. Sure got charged for the added bacon but none was on the sub. I mean, how hard is it to mess up a online order. C'mon do better.

Sandwiches were normal JJ fare. The computers crashed during the lunch rush. Music was way too loud. Cashier was nice but when I asked for a bag to put my multiple subs in, the line employee had attitude.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this location via the app. Both times I’ve asked for extra crispy jalapeños and extra jalapeño ranch. If this is “extra” I’d hate to see what “less” looks like. Disappointing.

This location is not so freeky fast .
On line order stopped in 20 min later checked it was 5th order in line .
Understandable they are busy told the clerk I’ll stop back in 30 min.
It’s now been 50 min stopped back and they had not even started the order.
The clerk said we have the Order but no one told them to start it ???
I was in 30 min prior to check on it .
It’s now been 60 minutes and still the 4 sun order is not completed.
They started when I asked for the 2nd time 50 mins after it was submitted on line .
Sorry not Freeky Fast today !

This location needs some organizational help. I got in before the lunch rush. One woman was ahead of me waiting for her order. I only ordered one sub and a pickle. Her order didnt appear to be large either. We waited over 5 minutes for our food. It seemed like they were trying to fill an online order before taking care of customers in the store. Then my order was wrong. I let the cashier know my sub was missing cheese, he wanted to look at my sub before taking action which seemed odd. Other customers who had arrived by that point made a point to laugh at that situation as well. Then as more people arrived the line didnt seem to move fast at all. For a place that advertises freaky fast and other locations truly are, this one needs help.

Really $$$ for the amount of meat... Got a Pepe (ham & cheese) 3 skinny pieces of ham, thick cut tomatoes and cheese. 2 combos, just under 28 bucks. Not going back... We'll stick with Jersey Mike's & Cousin's going forward ...
