I was not overly impressed. Tried triple chocolate and peanut butter. Triple chocolate tasted more like a butter cookie with not a lot of chocolate chips or flavor. Peanut butter was a little better, but again, not a lot of flavor. Both cookies were very soft and I do like that about them. As recommended, I microwaved them for 12 seconds, which was nice. It's a larger sized cookie. Price was $4.50 each, which is more than other bakeries I've been to.

If you're gonna take a client's money in advance for an order you should have it ready on time. We placed an order in advance and paid for our daughters' graduation cookies and when we showed up to pick up the cookies you didnt have them ready for us because you got the date wrong. By your own words you thought the order was for next month that is clearly your mistake.
If you require payment in advance then it should be posted clearly on your site and during the ordering process.
