We were in town and our daughter and son in law wanted to try this place for the prime rib and atmosphere. We made reservations however had to wait 20-30 minutes to get our table. Waitress was fine but place was understaffed like most places. Food was poor quality. Decor is old and could use a breath of fresh air. Sorry we will not be back.

Oh no. We really were excited about trying this place. Looking forward to the prime rib as we had family in from out of town who wanted to try the Wisconsin classic. Unfortunately not a good experience overall. We arrived on time for our reservation-but were told we'd have to wait for 20-30 minutes. She apologized and told us to go wait at the bar-however, upon entering the bar the bartender started yelling at us to get out because we had two kids with us. So we scrambled out into the entryway and waited there until our table was ready. I understand, and later saw the posting for 21 and over but there was no need for him to be so harsh as we were directed there by the hostess. We did get seated, but and our server was great, but seemed to have a lot of tables to handle. I'm guessing they are understaffed like a lot of places, she did her best but it was difficult got her things out and cleared off but she certainly was doing her best. The biggest disappointment of the night was: NO PRIME RIB. Literally why we came here and had a 6pm reservation. The food we did order was good but nothing to write home about. The place was DEAD by 7:45. Seems like this place is past its prime and now caters to a much older crowd. Sorry we missed it in its hay day.

We had a wonderful date night here. We got the Saturday prime rib. Our server, Madison, was delightful! Loye was a wonderful host. We'll definitely be returning. (We enjoyed drawing on the paper tablecloth for our server. ??)

Serviceable food, mediocre service. I ordered a beer when our food was delivered. I them waited almost ten minutes and watched as our server stood and chatted with another server while my beer sat two feet away on the bar. I finally went and retrieved it myself. The dinning room was about a quarter full. Not busy.Joke......

I just want to Thank Libby Montanna's for accommodating our reservation for 18 people . Our waitress staff were amazing , the food was delish and was delivered by multiple people to make sure is was delivered hot and all together I can't say enough how awesome this resturaunt is. Once the food was delivered our waitress asked how our food was and how everything was in general....which was good follow thru. Afterwards we saw Joe 2.0 which was exceptional..what a great night and thanks Libby Montanna for being q part of it.
I'm Glad that they survived the pandemic. Nice, friendly atmosphere and staff. Took off 1 star because the front entry steps are high and kind of dangerous for people who have knee issues or are older.

First time being back in quite some time. Stopped in for their Friday fish fry. I ordered the fish platter, which had shrimp, bluegill, haddock, and perch. All hand breaded and deep fried. All very good. The perch and bluegill were both very meaty and cooked just right. Will definitely be going back.

Saturday 1- 6- 24 Went there for supper in the evening. And was told that the prime rib was really good that it sell out fast. So I ordered prime rib Medium well from the waitress. All of a Sudden a different waitress came Up and asked me if I Wanted an end cut of prime rib. Never heard of a end cut Prime rib. So I said sure. Sorry but it was the worst piece of meat I've ever had. Barely could cut through it. So never order the endcut from prime Rib. Otherwise all the other food is great there!
