The manager working on Saturday night on November 9, 2024 is unhinged and lazy. I witnessed him yell at a customer because the customer wanted a plate and cutlery. Under his supervision the put every order in to go bags likely because they didn’t want to do dishes. He was out of uniform behind the counter and on his phone. They also had a majority of the dining area blocked off and they weren’t enough tables and seats so customers had to help themselves to get chairs and tables in order. Probably many health codes being violated considering they’re already willing to take shortcuts where the can

Talk about shrinkflation!! Got the you pick 2 with a dinky little sandwich and a dinky little cup of soup. Come on people! And corporate panera, if you read this, you better not replace this restaurant with one of your awful boxy, bright, sterile, unwelcoming restaurants. If you do, I will not support you. Only giving a 5 star review because of the location and nice workers.

The food here is hit or miss either it's really good one day or it's just awful the next day it's not consistent whatsoever. The staff is always extremely friendly, I guess this softens the blow for their disgusting food when they're having off days. I have no idea how they can charge so much for swill!

I stopped in to get a ? Baguette it was good but not great a day or two old ? but, the service was great and the menu looked good so, I will stop back again.

so at 10:22am at this location...all that they had available was just 2 everything bagels(no other bread items of any kind left except for 1 6" piece of hard roll), no pastries, cookies, muffins...nothing. I purchase the only bagel left and they didnt have any cream cheese to put on it and only 1 cream cheese mini in the entire store, I tried to get a sandwich and...they have no bread of any kind, no lettuce or mayo. The guy after me tried to order a soup bowl but they didnt have any left to serve him. To make it worse, 1 of the only 2 items left that I could order, they made it wrong......
I will receive consistently good food more often than not and I keep the same order. At this point, I prefer to order online since in-store pickup is not consistent. There are certain times where my app pickup is on the shelf and other times where I have to ask for it and it is kept behind the counter. I have always had good to great interactions with the staff.

Very good fresh food and the service is top notch!!
My biggest problem with Panera bread is they spend more time creating on line ads when you try to place an order only find out they no longer have a purchasing manager and products are always out of stock...this happens regardless of what time of day you order...sorry folks COVID is over products are available from your distributors.....if not send some one to cosco to buy the product panera is like going to a fine dinning restaurant to only hear sorry we are out of baked potatoes.....dam-it go buy some potatoes!
