the restaurant is just a complete mess, food and crumbs, other trash everywhere in the carpeted areas. Looks like it was vacuumed last in 2020, Let alone being swept. The last 2 times I’ve gone in I have been just disgusted with the lack of cleanliness in the entire establishment. Odd odor near the soda station. Employees don’t care at all. If that’s the standard the owner allows I’m afraid to eat the actual food. Pathetic!

So today I went and ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese the older lady that was there at 6 am read back my order then sliced my bagel and ask again what kind of cheese I repeated the flavor and she still mess my order up and scraped off my crunch on my bagel I'm never going back and will the my teammates to ....we will buy else where....#disappointed!!!!!

The manager working on Saturday night on November 9, 2024 is unhinged and lazy. I witnessed him yell at a customer because the customer wanted a plate and cutlery. Under his supervision the put every order in to go bags likely because they didn’t want to do dishes. He was out of uniform behind the counter and on his phone. They also had a majority of the dining area blocked off and they weren’t enough tables and seats so customers had to help themselves to get chairs and tables in order. Probably many health codes being violated considering they’re already willing to take shortcuts where the can
Talk about shrinkflation!! Got the you pick 2 with a dinky little sandwich and a dinky little cup of soup. Come on people! And corporate panera, if you read this, you better not replace this restaurant with one of your awful boxy, bright, sterile, unwelcoming restaurants. If you do, I will not support you. Only giving a 5 star review because of the location and nice workers.

The food here is hit or miss either it's really good one day or it's just awful the next day it's not consistent whatsoever. The staff is always extremely friendly, I guess this softens the blow for their disgusting food when they're having off days. I have no idea how they can charge so much for swill!
