The manager yelled at and used swear words. She told us we were lying about our order being incorrect. She yelled at us about the type of car we were driving. She refused to correct the order and asked us multiple times if we were sure that our order was incorrect. She told us we had 2 burritos when we had not ordered burritos. We are completely outraged and baffled at the lack of service received from the manager (or a staff person who said she was the manager).
Stopped by here on a road trip, and it was pretty terrible as far as Taco Bells are concerned. The person taking my order seemed to have no urgency whatsoever. Asked me to wait for about a minute before taking order and there were no cars in line. After arriving at the window, she was playing on her phone and changing the music playing in the prep area.Other employees seemed to be walking around the kitchen but not really doing anything. 2 of 3 hard tacos were broken and the other item had a stale shell. Sauces appear on receipt, but none were given in bag. No napkins provided either.Very slow. Poor service and food was of poor quality. One of the worst Taco Bells I have been to. If I was Ownership, I would seriously take a look at revising your staffing/expectations.
Not open for dine in. Why not? I don’t like to eat in my car. Went to the drive through anyway as I was in a hurry. Was told that there was only one person working and if I could keep my order small they would help me. Uh, no thanks. This was a 1:30pm on a Sunday, by the way. I hope this owner loses their franchise. Don’t have enough workers? Pay people more! I go to the local gas station chain 2x a week, and they have plenty of help.
Picked up order we placed online and of course it was wrong. If you don’t have nacho fries, then how come you still sell them via the app? And because they’re incompetent, they said there’s no way for them to refund our money because we used the app! So now have a dispute with corporate as well as a dispute with my credit card company… horrible experience.
I've managed a Taco Bell and this store needs to keep the oven cleaner away from the products. It also needs some serious attention on the hired staff handling the food.Our employees tried to eat the food and the taco tasted like stainless steel cleaner. It also smelled. The nacho chips were the same way. The nacho cheese and watered down beef hid some of the taste. When a plain chip was ate you had to spit it out.I also had to go through the drive through twice to get the correct product made. If that beef has not been watered down to save on inventory you need a new meat vendor. Or address your steam table and make sure that food is correctly being turned over and checked on temperature.Also, I ordered and drove 1/2 a mile when I realized my order was wrong. I turned around and was told there would be a 15 minute wait because their system was down. I told them I just needed the correct product made and they told me to pull forward. They proceeded to give me a product with no meat. They also helped someone right after I pulled up so I'm not sure what the 15 minute delay was ?Corporate needs to pay attention to this location. We are choosing to let this go for now but if anyone gets sick, we will be pursuing action.This occurred on 04/19/2022 around 2:00 pm. I was not provided a receipt so I cannot give exact order number. If I am contacted, I will confirm what the order was.I will be calling to report the chemical taste of the food to OSHA and I am actively looking for other ways to report this so this store is investigated.
They are never open despite posted hours of 11 to 8I’ve been at noon and 7pm. Staff is there but always told I. Drive through that they are closed or only accepting online orders.I ordered online, they charged my card and when I got there at 6:50 was told they were closed and couldn’t complete my order. When I asked about the charge was told to contact corporate office
We try this location every few months and it is the same experience. They are understaffed and lock the doors to the location to stop serving people. We have had to cancel our order multiple times and will not be returning.
Manager Colleen is one of the most incompetent, disrectful,competent individual when it comes to employees relations!!!She not only allows employees to disrespect others, she follows suit!!!I understand that this business is franchise, but rules are to be followed-my last resort will be to contact the proper agency to correct this issue... She has allowed age discrimination and now participate herself by not allowing an employee to access their schedule, not to mention allowing past actions to be overlooked! This is outrageous coming from an upstanding restaurant as Taco ? Bell ?... if you agree I suggest you boycott this establishment until the proper actions are taken ?.
Drove to this place on two occasions and was not able to order as they didn't have enough people to make the food. Now they say they have only online order or door dash only after going through the drive through. Waste of time. Wish this place funtion like other Taco Bell in other cities.
One chalupa I got, the taco was clearly raw, another one hard like a "rock", how can you screw up in "both" directions is amazing. The chalupas were tiny! Like these people are really stingy to put in enough ingredients...I almost left, when realized my drink is missing! I asked for my drink, and the 3 of them looked at each other lost, and surprised. I showed my order. Talk about belonging in a wrong place... Taco bell does need to pay $20 an hour, and everything will get right! Enough profiteering, and having subpar employees!

New management in the store. Lots of other improvements. Store has new hours posted, currently showing 10-8pm daily and then as of Jan 19th they are going to 10-10PM hours every day.
Well this will be the LAST time I go to this Taco Bell. We thought we would give them one more chance. I even walked in and ordered on the order kiosk. I had my order also texted to my phone that clearly showed what I ordered and the subtractions or additions I wanted in our food (I.e steak instead of ground beef, extra chicken). Mind you, it cost extra for some of this. Got home and the order was entirely wrong. No extra chicken (that was extremely obvious) never got the steak on an item that I PAID EXTRA FOR! So disappointing. I should have known better. Last time we will visit this location. Never going back!

My wife and I have been having alot of trouble ordering from almost any taco bell this year. We just gave the one in mequon its last chance today just cause we were close by already. Two of the times we’ve been there to get food they wernt taking orders at that time and didnt want to answer about when they would be. And this time they were taking orders however 1 wouldn’t stop interrupting during the order and not putting the right things requested in. Since it was on the screen i had it corrected and they still messed up the order and made it how it originally appeared on the screen.Never going back
