I dont appreciate how a lot of times they close 25-30 minutes earlier than the posted hours. Make your hours 8:30 not 9 PM if you are refusing to make me a smoothie and giving me attitude at 8:29 PM (31 minutes before posted close) that takes 2 minutes to make.

I had the spinach feta and pesto wrap and the paradise point smoothie. I had it delivered for dinner, and it was DELICIOUS! So delicious, in fact, I went back the next day for breakfast. Highly recommend!

First time there the older guy at the register completely messed up my order and after being what I felt like was him attempting to be "fun sassy" but it honestly just felt kinda rude mpre, especially when I explained I've never been there before so I was confused at what to all get, seemed short with us to the point I didn't even tell him he gave me the wrong sandwich and gave me a pita wrap, and all my add ons to my smoothie were messed up. He was short with me when I ordered so I didn't feel like bothering trying to get it fixed. ?We went back a 2nd time cuz the food and smoothies were so good. I recommend doing the online order, we did that the 2nd time and then there was ZERO errors. Just deliciousness and some SUPER healthy food and smoothies
Never had a poor experience at this location until tonight. Online order for pick up….was not ready at the time indicated. But the worst part was the fact that the wrap wasn’t even correct. Thai chicken wrap ordered….no wontons, carrots, or peanut sauce. No clue what the sauce was on it and it had tomatoes. Didn’t realize until already on the road so wasn’t worth the drive back. Ended up in the garbage as it was gross. Train you employees to get the food correct please

The service here is just terrible. The employees seemed liked they loathed your very existence for being there and them having to serve you. The one guy behind the counter was dragging his feet the whole time. Then when it came time for our smoothies to be made, he decided it was time to start cleaning instead of make our smoothies. The girl was chewing gum while dealing with food which is completely disgusting in my opinion. I honestly don't think I'll be coming back here. I also see other comments about terrible service and I wonder, what is being done about that?

Came in on 1-6-24 and waited 35 munutes for our wrap. 4 people got their food before us. Then we asked where our food was, and they said we would need to wait another 15 minutes! Then we said forget it, please give us a refund. He said we had to wait for our manager that comes in at 2pm because no one knew how to give a us a refund!

Imagine the service I received that convinced me to take time out of my busy day and schedule and write a review. I walked into the store and immediately felt the opposite of a warm welcome from one man particularly behind the counter. The workers behind the counter - more particularly the one man, had a look on his face of pure contempt and anger for the customers sitting and waiting for their smoothies. It could just be that he was having an off day, but it was a little startling to see him throwing around and banging the blending equipment.

Worst attention ever. I watched almost 7 people attended before me after I paid. The employee is definitely not focus on the job. Also my wrap was prepared like $huit.
Have been a patron 10+ times and our whole family likes this place. Smoothies are awesome.Tried several sandwiches and wraps and they were all good.The service is just okay.But... I had to throw away my smoothie last time because it had multiple curly black hairs in it. ?? No hair nets?That may be it for Smoothie Cafe for me.

The food is great when they get it right. I’ve had them leave stuff off my order before, give me a partially blended smoothie, and give me the wrong wrap in my order in the past. I keep wanting to give this place another try when they have a deal on DoorDash but then I’m always disappointed.

The food was tasty, the smoothies were awesome, and the staff was pleasant. Service was a little slow but it is a new restaurant and they are working out the bugs. All in all, it is a wonderful place for a meal or a snack.

I’m disappointed with the service at this location. We had our infant child with us and couldn’t open the to go order bag. We asked the workers that this location hired if the sides were in the bag. They said they were and when we checked the bag at home there were no sides in the bag. We live 30 minutes from this location and we are not driving back for sides. Disappointing.
